Pros:

Very near to Hoa Kiem Lake & nearby shops. Staff are very very friendly. Good money value. The balcony also very nice,i can have my own “me time” while chilling and enjoying the scenery

ひとり旅でも安心。ロビーを通る度に声をかけてくれました。

スタッフが親切。ツアー、空港送迎、両替まで安心してお願いできる。立地が便利で安全な場所なので、歩き疲れた時や、お土産を買った時に部屋に戻ることも可能。小さなホテルでしたがフレンドリーで居心地が良かった。

Cons:

土地柄、仕方ないようですが、シャワーとトイレの区切りがない。シャワーで便器もトイレ床もびしょ濡れになる。慣れていないと困惑するかもしれません。シャンプー、コンディショナーは持参をお勧めします。

Pros:

The people working there wer amazing! Super helpful and great service :) also the location and the price is very good, right in the center of Hanoi.

Cons:

I think the name and the pictures could be misleading. It is a very very basic hotel. Which is okay for one night, but I wouldn’t recommend staying there for longer. The staff and the location are amazing though 🙏

Tout était au top, personnel et emplacement l’hôtel excellents!
Pros:

L’hôtel était très bien placé, ma chambre était excellente. Le personnel était très très amiable et m’a beaucoup aidé avec mes déplacements. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel, une pépite!
