Exceptionally well located. The staff are absolutely 10/10, they let us check in early and we’re flexible about bag storage. Also very competitively priced tours. Every need and concern we had was answered immediately. Well-priced, clean rooms, great service and perfect AC. HIGHLY recommend.

The location
They quoted me $17 au for an airport shtttle, but have charged me $40, or else overcharged me for the room. The place was awful, mould in the bathroom, shabby, and the hardest bed I’ve ever slept in. I only stayed one of the 4 nights I booked, had to pay for 4, then overcharged for the airport taxi,
We were really happy with our stay here! It was our first time visiting Hanoi, and meeting such lovely people made us feel very safe and welcome throughout our stay.
Our airport transfer was exactly the price we were quoted, with no issues at all. We were picked up directly from the airport and dropped off right at the hotel door.
Our room wasn’t facing the main street, so it was nice and quiet. It was also very clean, and the bed sheets and towels smelled absolutely lovely, like fresh flowers! The air conditioning was also brand new and worked perfectly, which was especially important to me as I’m quite sensitive to the air quality in my room.
This is a great value-for-money hotel, just keep in mind that you get what you pay for, so don’t expect luxury. They were also incredibly helpful with organising our trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and always had a smile on their face.

There was some construction works nearby. If you are out from the hotel early in the morning for you activities, it shouldn't matter about the noise.

For the price and location, this is a really really great hotel. Its basic and the rooms are a bit small but its very clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, and they have free bananas and water in reception for guests. So much is within walking distance from this hotel also. I would absolutely stay here again

I stayed at this hotel for two nights before taking an overnight flight home. After our first night, while we were out enjoying our last day in Hanoi, the hotel texted asking for permission to repair peeling paint in our room, then immediately called me. I didn’t want anyone in the room because we had already started sorting our luggage for the flight, and our things were spread out across the tiny room. Specifically, a pile of laundry, including my dirty underwear, was stacked right in front of the damaged wall, and we had left a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. However, the caller convinced me, claiming it was urgent and would only take 30 minutes.
Since I was on the other side of the city, I couldn't return to supervise. When we got back about three hours later, the room still looked like a construction site. The furniture was shifted around and the floor was filthy. I complained to the front desk immediately, and while they sent someone to clean it up quickly, the situation ruined my mood. On top of that, staff asked me dozens of times if I needed an airport transfer. I repeatedly declined, but they kept pushing, which was extremely annoying.
I honestly don't understand how this hotel has such high ratings. I don't mind small rooms, but the showerhead was falling off, held together only by plastics shoved into the fixture (see photos). The sink taps were inverted, so cold turned out to be hot, which burned my hands the first time I used it. Worse, the bathroom was covered in black mold, likely because the shower drips continuously and the floor never dries.
A bowl of free bananas at reception doesn't make up for the rest of the experience. Not recommended.
Really great hotel! Staff were extremely welcoming and kind! Rio at reception was very informative and friendly, as were the other two men! Free bananas at the desk and they offered laundry service for us!
Small thing was just the beds were slightly hard but overall great place!
