The room was very comfortable and the location was great- just on the edge of the park and within easy walking distance of the botanical gardens.
The only thing that comes to mind is that I don't think there is a lift.
Bed not very comfortable but I guess ours what you're used to.
The food was great throughout our stay. The staff were lovely, and very welcoming on arrival. It's in a fairly quiet spot away from town, but on a busy road. The room was fine, just a little noisier than some perhaps, as it was on the front of the building adjacent to the road.
The outdoor areas weren't great, but they are limited for space.

Nice welcome when we arrived. Everything was clean. Toiletries were nice. Nice to have complimentary cake in the room.
Parking is a nightmare. There's space for 3 vehicles. There's an overflow carpark up the road which is awkward to drive into and you wouldn't want to leave your car there overnight so we had to park in the permit holders area and get up early to move it. Breakfast was included with our booking, however we were charged on top for an extra coffee and toast! We had a small room which was nice enough but instead of thinking about functionality, in the corner was a hanging egg chair. So, no where to put your suitcase but if you fancied swinging on a chair, you'd be ok.
Friendly staff
I would return but not in summer if the aircon isn't fixed.
Aircon didn't work - came on but didn't cool, even with correct cooling settings.
Quite a small room and which was too hot.
Wifi didnt work - connected but no internet
The room was very comfortable the bed in particular:). Very clean and super staff
The surrounding area was excellent
Only one thing it was a very hot room and whilst we had a fan and air con it did not cool sufficiently. The air con was set to 18 degree’s which was not low enough to cool down the room.
Our second stay at Brocco. Lovely boutique hotel with delightful rooms. Comfy bed, very decent bathroom, beautifully decorated. The staff are extremely nice and friendly. Thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful staff and service. Spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and bedding. Great sized room with lovely decor and ensuite. Excellent location and the attached restaurant is really handy for a tasty breakfast. The daily baked treats left on our room were a nice touch.
Only suggestions would be to have the fridge in our room rather than the hall and a room safe. .
