Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Merci à vous, c'est très agréable. L'accueil 24/24 est un plus. Proche de la gare du Nord.

Cons:

Mal insonorisé. La rue est très bruyante. Je n'ai pas vu la bouilloire et le thé/café ni les prises près des lits qui étaient pourtant notés sur la réservation. La chambre était propre mais vétuste.

Pros:

Hôtel choisi pour sa localisation proche d’un rendez-vous professionnel le lendemain sans savoir qu'il était dans le quartier de Barbès . Quartier animé avec commerces (ouverture du supermarché en face jusqu'à 21 h) et livraisons matinales, sans nuisance majeure pour ma part puisque je me levait de bonne heure.

Accueil bon et attentionné, avec une attention à l’arrivée : une bouteille d'eau offerte qui a été très appréciée (merci). Pas d’ascenseur comme indiqué dans l'annonce et escalier finalement pas si étroit comme certains voyageurs ont mentionné.

Chambre de taille standard, salle d’eau privative fonctionnelle. Mobilier simple et fonctionnel. Nuit reposante pour ma part et je me suis sentie en sécurité, pas de bruit des autres voyageurs.

Établissement certes modeste mais pas non plus insalubre qui est conforme à son tarif. Rapport qualité/prix cohérent.

On peut se dépanner à Paris dans des meilleurs endroits

Proximité de la station métro Château Rouge

Cons:

Une prise unique dans la chambre qui fonctionne sporadiquement, une fenêtre qui ne se ferme qu'avec une "technique" (autrement dit cassée). On a demandé qu'on garde la fenêtre fermée après que le ménage soit fait (on revient plus tard dans l'après-midi pour la voir laissé ouvert; canalisation bouchée dans l'évier; un cafard qui est sorti d'un trou dans la salle de bains; on entends tout au travers des murs

Súper bien para su precio, trabajadores muy agradables
Pros:

Las camas eran cómodas, la ubicación muy buena ya que está al lado de Montmartre y tienes al lado tanto el Sagrado Corazón como toda la zona de Montmartre y todo el ambiente de calles, bares bonitos... además los chicos de recepción fueron en todo momento muy agradables y nos ayudaron con todo lo que les pedimos. También hay un supermercado justo en frente.

Cons:

La zona puede parecer un poco insegura. Por otra parte, el único inconveniente que le veo al alojamiento ya que está muy bien para estar en pleno Montmartre y relativamente al lado en metro o en Uber de las principales atracciones, es que en mi habitación éramos dos personas y solo había un enchufe y no estaba al lado de la cama, lo que complicaba el volver al hotel para cargar los móviles y seguir visitando.

Lage in einer Nebenstraßen im 18. Bezirk, Metro und Bahnhof in der Nähe.

Cons:

Ausstattung der Zimmer entsprachen nicht den Angaben bei Booking.com. Z.B. keine Steckdose in Bettnähe, Keine Möglichkeit Tee oder Kaffee zu kochen. Kein Zimmer zum Hof - bei der Lage (Paris, klein Afrika) - wahrscheinlich auch besser. Badezimmerfenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden.

nothing absolutely except maybe the relatively low price for Paris

Cons:

Doors locked completely between 02:09-05:00 if i am not mistaken about the range because the receptionist had to sleep. if one was out for a drink and came back to the hotel at 03:00, they would literally have to wait until 05:00 before the doors opened again. A proper curfew imposed by the Monsieur.
inquisitive reception: where is the second member of your company mentioned in the reservation? Why isn’t he/she back yet? Will you come back late?
No card keys for the room but big old fashioned keys that had to be handed over to the reception and retrieved on the way back so that they could keep a proper track of whereabouts.
i have never felt such control over my holidays and stay anywhere in the world.
