L hôtel était bien placée par rapport au métro et propre dans l ensemble, personnel très serviable et présent.

Cons:

La fenêtre près du lit ferme très mal, bruit des tuyaux quand les autres des chambres voisines vont aux toilettes ou prennent leur douche, une barre voyante sur la marche sortant de la SDB serait appréciable pour la voir, très risqué et une petite lampe de chevet serait appréciée.

La salle de bain et l’un des oreillers étaient sales, la télé ne fonctionnait pas et la fenêtre était cassée. De plus, je ne me suis pas sentie à l’aise dans le quartier.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour quelques jours. Lieu bruyant à cause des gens dans la rue

La localisation de l'hôtel. Le personnel très très sympatique!

Cons:

Le bruit malheureusement la rue est très bruyante avec des gens qui parlent très fort et très tard dans la nuit

Asiakaspalvelussa oli yksi iäkäs mies, joka oli erittäin ystävällinen.

Cons:

Ympäristö oli levoton. Ihmiset puhuivat yöllä kovalla äänellä, joten emme pystyneet nukkumaan rauhassa. Huone oli vanha, likainen ja huonokuntoinen. Peitoissa oli tahroja, kylpyhuone oli pieni ja likainen. Vessan oven kahva oli rikkinäinen. Lisäksi näin kylpyhuoneessa ison hämähäkin. Huoneessa ei ollut palovaroitinta, jääkaappi eikä tuuletinta.
! Kun pyysimme päästä toiseen hotelliin, meille ilmoitettiin, ettei rahoja palauteta. Mielestäni asiakaspalvelu oli todella huonoa. Rahani menivät hukkaan. en suosittelisi tätä hotellia. Todella huono kokemus. Lisäksi pyyhkeet olivat todella pienet. Kun menimme suihkuun, emme pystyneet kunnolla kuivamaan itseämme, koska pyyhkeet olivat niin pieniä. Myös kylpyhuone oli todella pieni.

Lo único fue la atención de la persona de recepción

Cons:

Publicación engañosa reserve 2 días por 3 adultos y 3 niños al llegar al hotel la reserva supuestamente los 3 niños debían tener 0 años me tocó cambiar la noche siguiente para el mismo día para poderme quedar aparte cobran un impuesto de 3.70€ por personas que como había pedido 2 noches me cobró los impuestos dobles
