Beautiful resort, perfectly located!!
Pros:

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given a quick tour, which was very helpful since the resort is quite large.

Our bungalow was located higher up and therefore a bit further from the reception, but we were conveniently taken there by ‘golf cart’ upon arrival. The distance was absolutely not an issue for us, as we were able to rent a scooter directly at the resort and drive all the way up to our bungalow and park it there, which was super convenient.

We also had a stunning view of the sea and the beautiful surrounding nature. The location was perfect for us as well — just a short scooter ride downhill and we were right in the lively center.

Definitely highly recommended!

Gorgeous hotel! Room was amazing with balcony doors straight onto the pool

Cons:

Massive hills to get to your room. Wish the hills weren’t so steep but I suppose all of koh Tao was like this.

Ménage léger si séjour long, accès difficile, transat fatigués sur les balcons individuels, serviettes très usées, ne pas oublier de laisser la Clim sinon il fait extrêmement chaud

Complete Disappointment – Avoid at All Costs!
This is absolutely NOT a 4-star hotel—far from it. The service is shocking. The front desk manager was rude, shouted at me, refused to give his name, and even hung up on me twice

Was not electric in the room for few hours the pool was broken..

I was misled and treated with complete disrespect throughout my entire stay. There was a constant feeling of being taken advantage of and not being taken seriously as a guest.

The pool is not even for hotel guests—it is occupied all day by an external diving school. The rooms and overall maintenance are at a very low standard, and the entire place feels neglected and poorly managed.

Do yourself a favor and stay away. There are far better options in Koh Tao that actually value their guests.

וואוו איזה ריזורט מושלם! מתוך כמעט חודש בתאילנד, שם היתה התחושה של החופשה האמיתית. הייתי בחדר עם בריכה פרטית, מחיר ללילה שבארץ היה עולה כפול 10. והצוות התייחס אלי כמו למלכה אין מילים. תחילה חשבתי שזהוא קצת מרוחק מהמרכז אבל זה בדיוק 10 דקות הליכה. כן יש עלייה של 2 דק בסוף אבל לא נוראית בכלל. ולמי שלא רוצה ללכת יש מהבוקר עד שעות הערב שאטלים בחינם למרכז וממנו ומי שרוצה לא בשעות הנקובות אז יסיעו אתכם ב 50 באט לכיוון שזה כלום.
בתור מישהי שצוללת יש בריזורט מועדון צלילה שלהם והוא אחד הטובים בקו טאו.
כשהצוות הבין שאני לא מספיקה לארוחת בוקר בגלל הצלילה אז בבוקר הראשון הוציאו לי אוכל לבריכה של מועדון הצלילה (שנמצאת מול חדר האוכל)
ולמחרת כשקמתי מוקדם אז ארזו לי בחמש בבוקר ארוחת בוקר לקחת איתי!
באמת שירות מושלם.
חדר נעים גדול וכיפי והבריכה משגעת!
זה היה ההיילייט של הטיול שלי וממליצה בחום למי שרוצה להרגיש מלך

Non mi hanno prenotato lo snorkeling dopo miei messaggi di richiesta, avevo chiesto in anticipo la prenotazione del tour x evitare di trovare fully booked. Non mi hanno prenotato, xche dicono che non possono e ho trovato fully booked! Tolgono la connessione del wifi in camera la sera prima del check-out .
