There was no restaurant to take food, you had to order takeaway and bring it in.
The staff were not very attentive.
We asked for the room to be cleaned and they did not.
They do not make up the room for you.
There was one Nespresso coffee pod in the room for machine.
There was very loud toads making a loud noise all night every night.

Una estancia perfecta en The Tarna
Pros:

Pasamos cinco días increíbles en The Tarna y solo podemos decir que fue una experiencia fantástica. Nuestra habitación era enorme, muy cómoda y con unas vistas preciosas.

Durante la estancia tuvimos un pequeño problema con el aire acondicionado, pero el personal lo solucionó prácticamente al momento.

El hotel está construido en una zona con pendiente, pero eso no supone ningún problema porque cuentan con carritos de golf que te llevan hasta la habitación y puedes caminar hasta el lobby, la piscina o la zona del desayuno fácilmente también.

Si hay algo que realmente agradecimos fueron los traslados gratuitos. Tanto al llegar y marcharnos del puerto como, cada día, a la playa de Sairee, con varios horarios de ida y vuelta. Lo utilizamos todos los días.

El desayuno es completísimo, con muchísima variedad y opciones para todos los gustos.

La ubicación también nos encantó: está muy cerca de Sairee Beach, donde se concentra todo el ambiente de Koh Tao, pero al mismo tiempo el hotel transmite una tranquilidad absoluta. Después de un día de playa o excursiones, volver a The Tarna era como regresar a un pequeño oasis.

לקחנו את החדר עם האמבטיה לכ-4 לילות
הכריות לא היו נוחות, בנוסף לכל כל לילה היו רעשים של חיות מהאיזור שליד המלון, (או בתוך המלון) כל לילה למשך כל הלילה! נשמע כמו ברווזים או חיה אחרת לא ידועה, מה שמקשה מאוד את השינה!
התאורה בחדר על הפנים ואי אפשר לראות כלום.
חדר האוכל בסיסי מאוד.
הסטרימר בחדר לא עובד בכלל.
אין כבלים בחדר.

Leuk verblijf, mooi uitzicht.
Pros:

Het personeel was enorm vriendelijk!

Het ligt op een berg, met heel mooi uitzicht over de zee!

Cons:

Het zwembad (buiten het duikzwembad en de zwembaden die inbegrepen zijn bij bepaalde kamers) was redelijk triestig, een beetje in een hoekje weggeduwd.

Ook geen airco in de ontbijtzaal, waardoor het vaak erg warm was.

Unfortunately, upon our arrival, the accommodation did not meet our expectations due to several issues, and we relocated to another resort.

Cons:

The rooms were neither practical nor comfortable. With windows on three sides, they turned into actual saunas. The sunbeds on the terrace were torn, and the toilet had transparent glass walls and doors, providing absolutely zero privacy. On top of that, getting to the rooms was a massive hike unless you used the golf cart. This place is nowhere near a four-star resort.

Personnel parfois méprisant et peu agréable, image de l’hôtel par intelligence artificielle, il n’y a pas de palmiers au

- petit déjeuner

Cons:

- personnel : pas très chaleureux, ils vous rigolent au nez, premier fois sur ce 4ieme voyage que je suis déçu par un service en thaillande.
Ils font tout pour gagner de l’argent, pour 50 TBH on vous prend la tête, ce n’est pas agréable.
Également pour le service, notamment pour le ménage, ce qui est un grand classique de l’hôtellerie, c’est à vous de vous manifester pour qu’on s’occupe de votre chambre, cela devrait être automatique.
- transport : ils ne considèrent pas les voyages retours gratuit avec la navette. C’est à dire que si il y a un aller à 13h, il arrivera à destination à 13h05, et devra revenir à l’hôtel ce qui est logique, néanmoins ils ne remontent personne.
- promesse de vente : un hôtel entouré de palmier… en photo ! Quand vous arrivez sur le lieu, vous voyez que ce n’est pas le cas, alors vous regardez avec attention les photos sur le site, et vous vous apercevez que c’est de l’IA.
