Food was perfect, big choice of meals and sweets. Staff always with smile and polite. Overall experience in Kalina Gardern and Sunny Beach was perfect. I would like to come again.
WiFi was vary poor during the day. A bit colder water in the pool but kids enjoyed anyway.

Pentru 2 nopți de cazare totul a fost în regulă, mâncare diversificată, personalul zâmbitor și dispus de a sării în ajutor dacă aveai nevoie de ceva , camera curată, faptul că ni s-au lăsat câte 2 sticluțe de apă în cameră în fiecare zi.
Ușa de la balcon nu se închidea în totalitate iar seara putea fi puțin deranjant deoarece muzica era destul de tare. Mirosul din baie .
A honestl review from an English family- the location of the hotel is amazing around the corner from the strip, bars and restaurants. Staff are friendly and rooms are always cleaned can’t fault the cleaners at all. Entertainment during the day is good always trying to get people involved the night entertainment isn’t so good. Mini disco then something on after that lasts 30 mins and the music is left playin. Michael Jackson was the best entertainment. Monday is the teams day off so very quiet day and night. Now onto the food- I know all inclusive you don’t expect the best but the food was probs the worst I’ve ever been to, the snack bar chips and pizza but you be lucky for anything is hot. Burger buns seemed sticky and the burgers didn’t look cooked. The main resurgent the food is the same every single night nothing changes I mean who eats shark and veg in sauce I would give the food 1 out of 10 and that’s only coz they had chips. It’s absolutely terrible, we had to eat out a good few times after paying so much for all inclusive. Also soft drinks should be on tap help your self but you have to que at the bar which takes a lot of time and only 1 bar man on, the service is poor I feel for the barman doing all on his own. There was a dance class group there with 100s of kids couldn’t get moved anywhere couldn’t get to the snack bar it’s was a shambles and waited ages for food to be put out it’s very bad. I heard a few families complained. Bulgaria is a beautiful place I would definitely come back but never to this hotel the food lets it down it’s so so bad. Uk family’s be warned. if it wasn’t for that it would be a good hotel. It’s a shame. But we will not be back. I feel bad putting a negative review but it’s going to help other families so be it.

The hotel is very close to the beach, very clean, very quiet. The stuff is kind, smiling and available to help every time you need something.
The entertainers are nice and friendly especially with the kids.
I did some darts and aqua-zumba with them.
We liked so much that we decided to reserve it again in august.
Lovely experience. Nice staff, clean rooms, tasty food!
