A great escape for a mini vacation
Pros:

Music by the pool, excellent in room dining, great in door dining staff. Katsuya was amazing

Bien solo si vas con niños
Pros:

El gimnasio de la planta 7 que el del hotel Hyatt. Que puedes usar y es enorme.

Cons:

Para nada es un hotel enfocado a adultos. Es un hotel pequeño en medio de un complejo enorme con 2 hoteles enormes enfocado solo a familias y niños. La playa limitada porque el área de baño y todo está lleno de juegos para niños. El agua siempre estaba turbia y muy lejos de lo que imaginas como playa del caribe. Además que, desde las 4:30pm ya empezaban a recoger todo para que te fueras para el hotel. A las 5pm cerraban todo en la playa y cerca de las piscinas. Compartes todo con dos moles como el Hyatt, así que si la idea es ir de relax y más enfocado a adultos, no es la opción. Salvo que quieras jugar en un casino, que ocupa todo el espacio entre los 3 hoteles.

Okay stay!
Pros:

Music playing at 8 am in the morning. Room very small. Some of the staff a little rude in the casino area. No water bottles for guest. Water bottles are available if you stay at The grand Baha mar. Over all price too high. Basic hotel. I wouldn't refer this location to friends and family.

Cons:

No water bottle available. I was told no kids. Staff okay. Not exceptional. Nothing special about thus hotel.

El personal del hotel no habla de nada de español
No hay alternativas buenas para desayunar
Cierran muy temprano las piscinas
El paseo isla de los cerdos el precio es muy alto para lo que te ofrecen la comida mala el show malo no lo recomendaría

The staff and amenities were wonderful, but the food was EXPENSIVE!

Always nice to be back at home away from home.
Pros:

My best experience is always the check-in. I am at the property 10 to 12 times a year, and even though I have never met the Management or anyone to actually acknowledge my patronage, the front desk staff like Daniella, Miguel, and the others always make my arrival and stay worthwhile.

Cons:

What I do not like is the noise heard from the upper floors, especially in the mornings when housekeeping is doing work; there is so much banging going on that it forces the guest to have to get up and get out of bed, but I guess they too have work to do.
