The staff and amenities were wonderful, but the food was EXPENSIVE!
Pros:

Everything is there you don’t have to leave once you arrive. My children loved the water park.

Cons:

It could have use more ramp accessibility.

Always nice to be back at home away from home.
Pros:

My best experience is always the check-in. I am at the property 10 to 12 times a year, and even though I have never met the Management or anyone to actually acknowledge my patronage, the front desk staff like Daniella, Miguel, and the others always make my arrival and stay worthwhile.

Cons:

What I do not like is the noise heard from the upper floors, especially in the mornings when housekeeping is doing work; there is so much banging going on that it forces the guest to have to get up and get out of bed, but I guess they too have work to do.

It was too short.
Pros:

My favorite resort. The mix of things to do is amazing and everything is at a great level.

Cons:

The pool bar closed too early and they were not serving food.

Rude staff
Pros:

Location, landscaping

Cons:

In short nearly every interaction w staff, they were rude. Not pleasant or helpful. They acted like they were bothered anytime I asked a question or asked for help. Whole location was great, I won’t be coming back ever to this resort
