Pros:

O atendimento é simpatia dos funcionários, principalmente o Pablo da recepção.
O atendimento no café da manhã também é impecável.

Cons:

Apenas o quarto que não colocaram cama de casal. Eram duas camas de solteiro unidas e isso deixou a desejar no conforto.
