The guy on reception was nice

Cons:

It smelled. It was seriously hot. Folks hanging around in the car park. All round not safe vibes. No towels provided. Given that we had to pay for two rooms for a family of four, not even cheap.

Le parking qui se trouve devant l’hôtel

La wi-fi ne fonctionne pas , à l’accueil, ils se sont trompés de personne au lieu que je fais pour ma réservation, ils m’ont fait payer pour une autre personne … à ma grande surprise, ma chambre a été annulée. Je décide donc de me rendre à l’accueil le lendemain matin pour que la personne me dise qu’elle s’est trompée dans la réservation….. J’ai demandé à Booking le remboursement de mon week-end, car c’est vraiment lamentable. Que dire de la sonorité ? On entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres….
