La ubicacion
Estaba sucio cuando llegamos y ropa de cama sucia. Hace un calor horroroso dentro del apartamento, solo habia 2 ventiladores antiguos que no echaban nada de aire
Do samego obiektu w sensie lokalizacji i czystości nie można się doczepić jest ok. Natomiast łóżka są okropne, materace zapadnięte i strasznie nie wygodne.
W zasadzie od godziny 17 można powiedzieć nikogo z zarządzających nie ma w obiekcie i wtedy dzieje się co chce. Wszystkie okna z każdego pokoju wychodzą na basen w którym po nocach ludzie się kąpią, dzieci krzyczą. Przed swoimi pokojami siedzą ludzie którzy imprezują do 2-3 w nocy, krzyki głośne rozmowy przeszkadzają w odpoczynku , do tego na wyposażeniu nie ma klimy więc okna są otwarte bo w obiekcie jest ciepło, można klime wynająć taką przenośną ale wtedy rura i tak wystaje przez otwarte okno, więc to był jeden z głównych minusów tego miejsca.
Good hotel apartments clean and good position only downside was most people staying there put their towels over sunbeds and left them there overnight which was annoying when we had our grand children with us and played our towels on floor

Położenie na duży plus - blisko do sklepu czy oceanu, a spacerkiem kilkanaście minut od dobrych restauracji. Kameralność - obiekt mały z zadbaną infrastrukturą zewnętrzną. Obsługa - poprosiliśmy o dodatkowy wiatrak dla niemowlaka i nie było z tym problemu. Teren wspólny basen itd. był codziennie rano porządkowany.
Czystość - było delikatnie mówiąc brudno i nieprzyjemnie pachniało w pokoju, jednak wyższego standardu sprzątania się spodziewałam. Głośność innych gości - imprezowali do późnych godzin porannych bardzo bardzo głośno na tarasie oraz w basenie i nikt tego nie kontrolował, bo nie było obsługi w tym czasie. Leżaki - większość gości zajmowała je „na stałe” ręcznikami i już o 8:00 rano nie było wolnego miejsca przy basenie. Sprzątanie terenu wspólnego - pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tym, aby przed 8:00 czy nawet 9:00 rano serwis sprzątający przeszkadzał gościom - a Panie np. postanowiły o tej porze czyścić kraty które są zamontowane w oknach od zewnątrz, a wiadomo okna otwarte, więc hałas zerwał wszystkich na równe nogi. Brodzik - wymagał odkurzenia było bardzo brudno na dnie.
The location is perfect, only a short stroll away from the beach, shops, and great restaurants in Puerto del Carmen. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything you need. Beautifully maintained gardens and fantastic pool areas to relax during the day. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Great base for exploring Lanzarote!

Era un apartahotel pequeño pero muy acogedor, y la ubicación excelente
La ubicación
El apartamento no estaba limpio. Grasa en los armarios de la cocina y un par de calcetines sucios en el sofá. La falta de limpieza y mantenimiento de las instalaciones. La piscina no se limpió hasta el día de irnos. Y eso porque protestó una familia y se puso a limpiar los propios huéspedes. Basura en la zona de las hamacas y espacios comunes. Piscina sucia en el fondo y paredes. El bar de la piscina muy reducido y pensado solo para extranjeros.
La piscine et la proximité de la plage sont un plus. Un supermarché à 150m et des bars restaurants sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture.
L'équipement la cuisine (pour cuisiner) est un peu juste pour 4, il y a juste une toute petite casserole. Tout le reste est top.
Les chaises à l'étage au-dessus sont super bruyantes quand on les déplace, des feutres sous les pieds régleraient le problème 😊
