Foi boa, mas poderia ter sido bem melhor. Apesar dos infortúnios, é um excelente local.

Café da manhã magnífico, quarto confortável, limpeza apropriada.

Cons:

Esqueceram de montar a cama extra reservada previamente pelo booking e precisei trocar de quarto. Quando chego no segundo quarto a luz estava com defeito, aí tive que ir para um terceiro. Isso após uma longa jornada de viagem tornou o processo ainda mais cansativo. Fora isso quando partimos ficou uma mochila no maleiro que não nos foi entregue, então precisamos viajar no mesmo dia de Florianópolis a Camburiú para buscar e em seguida retornar a Florianópolis. Os funcionários são simpáticos e agradáveis, mas sinto que falta treinamento para evitar esses infortúnios.

Nada em particular. Talvez o custo/benefício que foi razoável!

Cons:

O banheiro no quarto superior (811) exalava mau cheiro pelo ralo de forma desagradável, principalmenre com a janela fechada para reduzir o barulho! Os travesseiros são todos muito altos. Já que há vários no quarto, podetiam ter alturas diferentes para melhor adaptação aos hóspedes.

Boa, mais tem coisas a melhorar
Pros:

Café da manhã está ótimo, localização perfeita, atendimento dos funcionários ótima.

Cons:

A piscina estava gelada, no nosso quarto a cama de casal eram duas de solteiro juntas e não tinha coberta, ligamos na recepção e deram duas de solteiro. Também o QR Code não funcionava, falava que nosso quarto não estava cadastrado.
