Amazing food and polite staff.
Pros:

The staff was very nice. Specifically Chaitanya and Baadal from the Restaurant were very helpful, polite and efficient.
We also met your Executive Chef Mr. Arun. He was very forthcoming and shared some interesting anecdotes. Great person 👍

Cons:

The total cost of the stay and the charges for Laundry service are too much.
I was also expecting a fully equipped mini bar at that cost, in the room which was missing.
I might have to consider other hotels just because of the cost.

Pros:

The cleanliness was good and the staff was very friendly

Cons:

Need to improve on food a lot. Dal fry like water and vegetables taste very weird. I asked the staff but got the answer every day they taste different

It was a pleasant stay
Pros:

They were kind enough to pack food for my son when requested while travelling back. Also, the housekeeping staff “Tushar” was professional and very humble.
The buffet was too good with variety of options available.

Place is Clean and well maintained, Food was good, Staff was professional.

Cons:

The Twin Spring Beds were not comfortable,
They were not supportive.
The entertainment system was not at all easy to use.
