Pros:

Location was perfect. Room was clean and had all we needed. Motel was quiet and clean... Great ice machine..

the AC unit kept turning off and on every 45 seconds, noise so annoying!!!! Couldn't figure out how to amend it and too hot to turn off.

Cons:

Staff friendly rooms very clean the only thing I would change was the way they built the bathroom I would put a toilet paper holder on bathroom, they don’t have one. Other than that our staying was great.

I won’t be back

The people at the desk were exceptionally friendly. Very clean and close to the boardwalk

Cons:

I had to check in at the hotel next door not the Clarem itself. The people in the room above us were unacceptably noisy banging all hours of the day and night. The bass from the Tiki bar across the street was thumping and it was hard to sleep. The pillows were very thin. If you want a good nights sleep this isn’t the hotel for you. And the parking was so tight, our car door got smacked from the car next to us and if you left your parking space they had a overflow parking on the next block

It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience and we couldn’t be any closer to the boardwalk and beach activities.
Pros:

Gave an at home comfortable feel and was able to accommodate my entire family of 15+ people all together at a close proximity. I would recommend this for anyone with a large family who wishes to enjoy the company and close quarters as if they were home.

Pros:

The housekeeping staff was great! Kept the palace very clean. Office staff not so good. Also was very shocked that there was no front desk at the place no one on duty there and the front and back doors were left open all the time.

Cons:

We asked three times for an extra pillow from the office nothing!
Then we saw the house cleaning lady in the hall and asked her and she got us one.
