Very nice property would stay there again if ever in that area

Breakfast was excellent, very professional and close to sports venues

Was there for 9 days and had to request multiple times for the room to be cleaned and new linen it was finally done on the last day we were there

Adequate if you’re staying downtown for a night or two
Pros:

Clean enough and convenient if you’re staying downtown and don’t plan to drive. The parking garage is around the corner and costs $25 - it’s a bit of a hassle to get to. The rooms were fine and the location is convenient to the downtown core business district.

Check with the staff about possible loud activity around the hotel.
Pros:

We stayed at this location to see a Twins game, which we did and had a lot of fun. However, without our knowledge there was a carnival with a loud band that played until 2 a.m. the night before the game and was scheduled to continue the next night. We discussed that we did not want to stay the second night and go through that again, but the manager on duty, Brttany, did not offer a refund until we were at the game and she gave us 30 minutes notice. After the game, we went ahead and checked out despite having to pay for that night, which we did not use.
When we returned home, we contacted Ryan Kidd, general manager, via email. He very quickly responded to my request for a refund and granted it, I was very pleased that a general manager would respond so quickly. I have to believe that he discussed this issue with his employees and they will do a better job in the future of informing their guests about situations like this, that willl cause a lot of discomfort for some guests.

We enjoyed our stay. It was awesome being able to use the Skywalk to get to Target Field.
