The staff was helpful and apologized for the inconvenience.

Cons:

I paid RM92 for the option with reserved parking. However, when I arrived, I was told that the parking is actually on a first-come, first-served basis.

If the parking is not reserved, why was I charged an additional RM20 for the reserved parking option?
