The receptionists were always very helpful. They gave us some recommendations of where to visit and to eat. In addition, they had the rooftop bar. The menu options weren't big, but you can see nice scenery of the Ha Noi.
Also, we had breakfast at the hotel. It was a buffet and good. it was a bit confusing and no explanation of what we can and can't do. They just asked us our room number. But otherwise it was a good breakfast to start the day.
The staff were very helpful, and we had an amazing time. We will definately return to this hotel when we come back to Hanoi.

Розташування готелю просто чудове,він знаходиться на відокремленій вулиці від основної центральної дороги і озера,тому там тихо і можна дуже добре виспатися на великому і мякому ліжку після довгої дороги.А зранку поснідавши смачним сніданком можна легко дістатися визначних місць.Вечером біля готелю розташовано багато різних ресторанів і кафе.
Все було чудово.

La localización es muy especial, estás cerca del centro y del jaleo, pero la calle del hotel tiene mucho encanto y es mucho más tranquila. El personal también fue muy amable y nos hicieron una mejora en la habitación de forma gratuita.

Nous avons aimé la proximité de toutes les attractions …. Tout se fait à pied. Le roof top est chouette 😊; le personnel est très attentionné: ils nous ont gardé une grosse partie de nos bagages lorsque nous sommes allés à Sa Pa . Le petit déjeuner était incroyable
