Lo mejor fue la cama, que era enorme y muy muy cómoda. También el personal, super atento y amable, la rooftop y el desayuno (buffet con mucha variedad asiática y occidental).
No hay nada que no me gustase, pero como sugerencia, en las escaleras que suben a la recepción del hotel, les diría que pegaran la alfombrilla que ponen para la lluvia, ya que resbala y puede ser peligrosa si no está sujeta.
Locatie is echt top, je loopt zo Old Quater in. Alle winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Personeel is ook zeer vriendelijk.

Super lage in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Direkt im Zentrum des old quarter. Sehr freundliches Personal.
We loved staying here for 1 night on our way to Hue. It was our first time and first night in Vietnam and we felt very well taken care of. The location is perfect next to the river and the staff are so kind and helpful. We loved Hanoi for our short stay and are looking coming back to the hotel for another night before we leave Vietnam. Highly Recommended

The property was a hidden gem. Wow. Me and my son got lucky. The location is extremely convenient to the main streets. Within walking distance to train street and restaurants. We were very fortunate. Once I checked in Hani made us feel welcomed and quickly secured our trips to Ha long Bay and Sapa to include a sleeper bus. This was a vacation of a lifetime and Hani and the staff made this all possible. Thank you Sunline Central Hotel staff. Great job.
Maybe that there was no swimming Poole and gym. But other than that it was great.

Excellent location, quieter pocket of the old town and within walking distance of everything you need. Hotel staff were helpful and the room was clean and cosy. I was lucky to be on a higher floor so traffic noises were muffled.
Nothing negative to really say- the stay was as expected. Although nothing beyond my expectations.
