Pros:

Everything! Breakfast was great and changed daily. Air-conditioning throughout hotel and in the room. Room was clean, bright and had a view of the city. Staff were friendly and attentive, even gave us a cute departing gift. Would definitely recommend and return if we come back to Hanoi

Immer wieder gerne.
Pros:

Obwohl es in einer sehr belebten Nebenstraße liegt, ist es wunderbar ruhig. Die Fenster sind schallisoliert. Die Klimaanlage läuft auch, wenn man nicht im Zimmer ist. Die Betten sind wunderbar.
Die Rooftop Bar hat Sonderpreise für Gäste und eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Der Aufzug hat sich manchmal schwer getan, aber das Treppenhaus ist statt dessen nicht für Gäste geeignet.

Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Stadt von der Dachterrasse. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt problemlos um eine Nacht verlängern. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch für drei Personen etwas zu klein (wir hatten keinen Platz für drei Koffer). Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir werden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen 👍🏼

Aanrader als je op een superleuke plek in het oude stadscentrum van Hanoi wilt verblijven
Pros:

De service was super! We kregen een warm welkom, ze hielpen ons met allerlei tips/aanbevelingen en boekingen. Personeel was ook erg begaan met ons. Ontbijt was goed, uitgebreid en er was veel vers fruit en pannenkoeken of eitjes op verzoek. Oja en de rooftop cocktailbar was ook errrrrg goed!

Central and Comfortable Hotel In The Old Quarter
Pros:

The hotel is very central and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh with both western and vietnamese options. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend this hotel for those looking to stay in the old quarter. Good value for money. Also great roof top terrace and bar, which gets a good breeze in the evening (You need it in Hanoi!).

We had an issue with air conditioning on our last night in the room, which made it impossible to sleep (Hanoi is very hot and humid). I wouldn't let this put you off but would recommend you get instructions on what temperature to keep the unit at when checking in. Apparently we turned it down too low which overloaded the system. The hotel gave us a gift of coffee to apologise when checking out, which we appreciated. We would stay in the hotel again.

Würde definitiv wiederkommen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich unglaublich gut. In einer Minute ist man am Hoan Kiem See und damit direkt im wichtigsten Zentrum. Man hat alles vor der Haustür, was man braucht und darüber hinaus sogar noch eine exzellente Pizzeria in der Nachbarschaft.
Das Personal ist großartig - sie helfen wo sie können: angefangen beim Wäscheservice bis hin zur Buchung des Taxis und ganz vielem Mehr. Wo auch immer man Hilfe braucht, hat man sehr herzliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter an seiner Seite. Auch ein early Check-In war kein Problem! Ich war schon in anderen Hotels in Hanoi und würde in dieses auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Cons:

Kostenloses Wasser wäre toll; das Bad könnte etwas besser beleuchtet sein und ist nicht so modern/ansprechend

Fantastisch kom zeker terug.
Pros:

Ontbijt is geweldig. Veel keuze . Schoon complex. Heel dicht bij t hoa kiem meer. En klein stukje lopen naar bier street en oude centrum. Goeie bedden. Probeer in t weekend te komen dan is dit gedeelte autovrij.
