This hotel is a perfect mix of central location, quiet side street, and modern comfort and cleanliness really close to the old quarter. It's side street location makes for a quiet night and everything else about the hotel is exceptional. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean, breakfast is varied and tasty, the staff are superb. This was my second time here since 2023 and it has got better and better!

I had a wonderful stay at Sunline Hotel. The location is excellent, close to the Old Quarter while being situated in a quiet area, making it easy to relax after a busy day exploring the city. It also offers convenient access to many of the main attractions, restaurants, and local sights.
The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep throughout my stay.
What truly made the experience memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or any requests. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home.
Overall, I had a great stay at Sunline Hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located hotel in Hanoi.
Fantastic location, quiet road with no street noise to disturb sleeping. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff on the front desk and door men. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I would feel more comfortable if the elevator required guests to scan their keycard before the levels can be accessed. I would also feel more comfortable if each room didn’t have an indicator on the outside that indicates if the room was occupied or not. They were my only real concerns.
