Pros:

The Hotels location was absolutely beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the bar staff friendly.

Cons:

The carpet in the room was old and had lots of stains.

Großes Hotel in toller Lage mit verbesserungswürdigem Service

Die Lage in Sommaroy ist toll, auch das Frühstück war sehr gut, Bedienung im Restaurant auch sehr bemüht

Cons:

Hatten ca. 2 Wochen vor Ankunft versucht einen zahlungspflichtigen Timeslot für das Jacuzzi zu erhalten. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass es ausgebucht ist. Im Zimmer waren die Öffnungszeiten der Jacuzzis (2 Stk.) von 13.00-22:00 Uhr angeführt. Nachdem beide Jacuzzis bis 16:00 geschlossen waren, fragte ich an der Rezeption nach. Anscheinend darf nur 1 Gruppe für 2 Stunden täglich das Jacuzzi nutzen, denn danach müsste es gereinigt und gegebenfalls neu gefüllt werden. Uns wurde noch mitgeteilt, dass wir zwar nach dieser Gruppe das Jacuzzi nutzen können, aber es kann nicht garantiert werden, dass das Wasser dann noch warm ist. Dh. bei 24 Stunden Sonnenschein im Juni in Sommaroy, werden die Jacuzzis genau 2 Stunden benützt - fühle mit total veräppelt!
Außerdem ist die Rezeption teilweise nicht besetzt, sodass man gefühlt ewig warten muss, bis jemand auftaucht. Wie wir in Österreich sagen, das Einzige, das stört ist der Kunde.

Great stay, the staff was friendly and we had the basics we needed. Also fairly close to downtown and other attractions.
Pros:

It was comfortable, clean, has a cafe and shared kitchen. We also had a kitchenette in our cabin. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

La situación en plena naturaleza. Habitaciones grandes y cómodas. El desayuno muy variado.

Necesitaría una reforma urgente, todo está ya muy antiguo. Un pico de orden tampoco le venía mal.

Traumhafte "Sonnenaufgänge" hinter dem Inselberg um Mitternacht

Cons:

Für den aufgerufenen Preis sind die Appartments in einem schlechten Zustand, schlecht gepflegt und gereinigt und auch dürftig ausgestattet.
Das hat uns schon etwas enttäuscht da die Bilder deutlich mehr versprechen.
Wir waren auf unserer Norwegenreise in unterschiedlichsten Hotels und Ferienwohnungen / Ferienhäusern. Leider müssen wir feststellen das diese unterkunft von allen die schlechteste war wobei sie auch die teuerste je Nacht war!

Overpriset hotell med fin beliggenhet men elendig service.

Beliggenheten var veldig bra.

Cons:

Personalet var lite informative ved innsjekk, vi ble hverken opplyst om hvor heisen var, ikke et ord om fasiliteter eller hvor frokosten serveres.
Gulvet i dusjen var veldig skittent. Og utsikten var rett mot en gresshaug som lå inntil hotellet.
Rommet har ikke aircondition og da vi våknet på morgenen i 7-8 tiden så var det kokende varmt, det var over 40 varmegrader der inne, og vinduet kan kun åpnes noen få cm.
Vi fikk e-post om at utsjekk var klokken 12.00 men fikk beskjed på hotellet at vi måtte sjekke ut klokken 11.00. Da vi ga beskjed om at vi har fått beskjed om senere utsjekk så trakk resepsjonisten bare på skuldrene. Vi måtte legge om planene pga dette.
Personalet i baren snakket ikke norsk og kunne godt ha spandert på seg et smil.

Saunan pieneen naisten pukuhuoneeseen tarvitaan penkki (kapea) ja koukkuja pyyhkeille seinille

einfach einzigartig toll
Pros:

Tolles Hotel in einem Paradies. Super Frühstücksbuffet und ausgezeichnete Möglichkeiten zum Mittag- und Nachtessen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wunderschöne Terasse. Ein toller Aufenthalt

Cons:

Wir hatten kurzfristig gebucht und deshalb nur ein einfaches Zimmer Bergseite genommen. Bei Sonnenschein ist es dortdrin sehr heiss. Trotzdem würden wir wiederkommen.

Netter Beginn unserer kleinen Rundreise
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption.

Schöne Lage direkt am Wasser.

Cons:

Sehr hellhörig leider - über uns war noch eine Wohnung.

Das Essen im Restaurant könnte mehr Vielfalt vertragen - nach 2 X Abendessen ist man „durch“.
