Magnifique petite auberge situé dans un endroit splendide. Chambre d une tres belle grandeur et tres propre, avec tous les equipements necessaires. Le restaurant adjacent est excellent, et le petit dejeuner copieux. A recommander pour gagner du temps pour ceux qui veulent visiter les Iles de Senja.

Boat House Stay
Pros:

We stayed for one night at Sommarøy Arctic Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped for a short stay. The bathroom was clean and in good condition, and the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, making it suitable for self-catering.
The highlight of this apartment was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the balcony. Overlooking the fjord and surrounding Norwegian hills, the scenery was truly stunning and provided a memorable backdrop to our stay.

One small suggestion would be for the hotel to provide a small bottle of cooking oil or a few basic cooking essentials for guests staying in the apartments. As the nearest supermarket is closed on Sundays, obtaining these items can be difficult for travelers who plan to do some light cooking.

Overall, the accommodation was comfortable and functional, but a little more attention to housekeeping details and guest convenience would make the experience even better.

Cons:

There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. Four of the mugs provided were chipped and should be replaced, as they were not really suitable for guest use. The glass on the balcony door/window was also quite dirty, with visible bird droppings that affected the otherwise beautiful view.

Geräumiges Zimmer an schöner Lage
Pros:

Viel Platz im Zimmer und Ablagefläche
Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze, inklusive mehreren Ladestationen für eAutos
In wenigen Gehminuten war man bei einem kleinen Supermarkt und einem kleinen Café sowie am Strand oder in der Natur
Grosse Auswahl beim Morgenbuffet

Cons:

Die WC-Spülung war etwas lose, man hatte immer Angst etwas kaputt zu machen.
Vorhänge dunkelten nicht wirklich vollständig ab, war daher immer etwas heller im Zimmer
Personal im Restaurant war freundlich aber nicht speditiv, so warteten z.B. auch die Gäste auf den Einlass beim Frühstück
Das Steak beim Abendessen war etwas trocken und durchgebraten (obwohl Medium-Rare bestellt wurde)

Logement sur une île … un peu « bout du monde » et la vue sur le lagon

Cons:

Le fait que des clients puissent rester au sauna extérieur tard dans la nuit, c’était une nuisance sonore.
