Service client limite.
Pros:

Son emplacement est central, non loin du centre et des plages. Il est calme et très bien entretenu.
La piscine est agréable et paraît propre, des transats y sont disponibles, confortables et en quantité.
La chambre est standard, la literie confortable. Oreillers un peu passés…
Les petits déjeuners sont très bons mais manque clairement de quantité.

Cons:

Il y’a un réel manque de professionnalisme au niveau du service client.
Ma conjointe s’est réveillée à 10h30 après une nuit de repos bien mérité: elle n’a pas pu bénéficier du petit déjeuner inclus dans le tarif de la chambre car le créneau était dépassé d’une demie heure. A la limite c’est entendable… mais elle apprend qu’il est en fin de compte possible de commander son petit déjeuner moyennant paiement? Alors qu’il est inclus dans notre formule. C’est inadmissible.
Au delà de ça, nous sommes réveillés par des employés qui crient/chantent dès 8h du matin devant les chambres…
10h30 en vacances ne semble pas aberrant pour un breakfast surtout après un long trajet en avion… m’enfin bon.
Passez votre chemin si vous voulez profiter de plus de souplesse et de professionnalisme.

L'orientation Est du vent et la proximité de la sun set road perturbent fortement la tranquillité de cet endroit dans lequel j'avais séjourné en 2023-2024, je dirai même que cela m'a gâché mon séjour.

Nice quiet accommodation at affordable price
Pros:

Well appointed rooms at affordable prices. Quiet and away from the traffic noise of Seminyak but still close to everything. Very nice pool and gardens

Pros:

Vengo a Bali da tanti anni e ho girato ormai diverse strutture. Mi è piaciuta molto la cura e l' intimità che si respira in questo hotel. Molto meglio di quanto emerga dal sito . Un piccolo angolo di paradiso dove prendersi una pausa dal mondo , semplice ma senza rinunciare alle comodità a cui siamo abituati noi occidentali. Essenziale ma ben curato nei dettagli. Non manca nulla . Vicino a tutti i servizi di cui puoi aver bisogno ( dal ristorante al parrucchiere). Tornerò sicuramente . OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITÀ PREZZO
