大廳酒吧的調酒師 很讚 很親切 服務很好 很貼心

館內的設施/環境都滿意，這次的入住為四人房，於7/9入住，晚上致電櫃檯詢問需牙刷，櫃檯請我們至櫃檯拿取，櫃檯接洽時，溝通過程中都是看著電腦螢幕沒有看著客人，牙刷也是放在桌上推出來給我們，我們有問多少錢，櫃檯人員說：這是免費的（冷冷的），當時辦入住的時候，櫃檯人員說：有需要可以購買。

對於五星級的酒店來說，體驗相當的不舒服，或許是服務人員身體不舒服，影響服務品質，但對於企業形象 相當的扣分，不專業也讓人覺得說，我們下來拿牙刷 造成工作人員的困擾嗎？

服務會影響整個入住體驗，享有五星的頭銜，但沒有五星的服務品質，或許當天人力不足，但基本的禮貌要有，希望貴公司可以好好照顧員工的情緒。
