Juste la vue est exceptionnelle L hôtel mérite un 3 étoiles pas plus

C’était sale la chambre la réception le couloir et en haut ou il y a la piscine c’est vraiment sale les tables les chaises sous les poignées étaient collantes . En plus j’ai commandé une sangria et ils m’ont dit pas sur que vous l’aurez parce qu’il y a beaucoup d’attente. Un couple avec trois enfants ont attendu 40min pour être servi 2 bières et trois jus. Inacceptable je pense que vous pouvez l’enlever de votre site. J’étais pas seule à être pas content dans l’hôtel

Très bon hôtel isolé de tout comme mais hyper agréable comme lieux et une vue absolument magnifique

Superbe emplacement établissement propre personnels sympathiques très bon séjour

Cons:

Le petit déjeuné les viennoiseries françaises croissants pain au chocolat trop cuit et en manque de quantité et surtout une machine nespresso vraiment pas du tout pratique plus de 65% de personnes avaient des problèmes de fonctionnement et le personnels très occupé à leurs tâches aider rarement machine trop complexe pour ce genre de service

Um espaço com muito potencial, mas com um serviço aquém do esperado.

A localização, que é bastante agradável

Cons:

O profissionalismo e a organização da equipa revelaram-se, em determinados momentos, abaixo do esperado, sobretudo na zona da piscina, onde se notava alguma desorganização e falta de coordenação. O serviço nem sempre estava facilmente acessível e, em algumas situações, foi necessário procurar os funcionários para obter assistência.
O pequeno-almoço foi também um ponto bastante negativo, com um ambiente caótico, pouca reposição de comida e várias falhas na disponibilidade de produtos. Além disso, tivemos de chamar várias vezes os funcionários para pedir auxílio, o que acabou por comprometer ainda mais a experiência logo no início do dia.
Considero igualmente que a manutenção das zonas exteriores poderia beneficiar de maior atenção. Algumas mesas de apoio junto às espreguiçadeiras encontravam-se danificadas, existia algum lixo na relva e, de forma geral, notava-se margem para maior cuidado nos detalhes.
Para um hotel deste nível, seria expectavel um serviço mais estruturado, atento e consistente. Ainda assim, o espaço tem claramente potencial para proporcionar uma excelente experiência, caso estes aspetos sejam melhorados, de forma a elevar a qualidade global da estadia.
