Cons:

Pulizia molto approssimativa sia della stanza (bagno compreso, con doccia inguardabile!) sia della struttura, edificio ormai datato che non corrisponde assolutamente ad un tre stelle (in Italia potrebbe essere classificato con una stella al massimo), colazione di scarsa qualità (il pane del toast su cui ho spalmato un po' di marmellata sapeva di formaggio! Il mio compagno proprio non ha mangiato! Il cibo più buono è stata una mela!), nessuna attenzione per le intolleranze (nel mio caso caseina, quindi per fortuna avevo i miei prodotti). Il letto su cui ha dormito il mio compagno era attaccato ad un termosifone e nella notte, senza accorgersi, ha picchiato un ginocchio. Inoltre, non conoscendo il francese, è stato molto difficile comunicare. Da ultimo il prezzo decisamente troppo alto!
Conclusione: avevamo ancora una notte pagata e una colazione e ce ne siamo andati. La signora ..bye bye, l'unica cosa che ci ha detto!

Pros:

Das Bad war sauber und die Frau vom Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Alte Zimmer mit muffigem Geruch, alte Teppiche am Boden (ziemlich unhygienisch), an der Heizung löst sich die Farbe, Die Platten im WC sind abgescheuert.

Good location and nice staff but overpriced at this time of year.
Pros:

The location was pretty good and reception were able to advise us on restaurants. We managed to park out the front for no charge.

Cons:

Reception was closed when i arrived a 16:00, I had to call the hotel and the lady came after about 15 minutes. I was told recetion was closed until 17:00 but my booking said 16:00. The room was a bit tired and set out with three single beds not leaving a lot of room to open the door to outside. Breakfast was pretty basic but did the job. The whole area was bit of a building site but I guess that's just what its like this time of year.

The stay was overall very enjoyable and staff were extremely accommodating

The staff were incredibly friendly and the location is great, really close to the bottom of the slopes.

The standard room is tiny, much smaller than the images seem to suggest.
