Gute Lage. Frühstück im nahegelegenen Cafe (100m) sehr gut. Free Shuttle Bus fährt durch den ganzen Ort (14 Haltestellen!

Cons:

Bei 3 Übernachtungen wurde nicht einmal das Zimmer gereinigt. Keine Handtücher gewechselt. Nur kleine Tube Haarwaschmittel, keine Lotion

Pros:

Early check in available. Able to accomodate all 11 of us. Location. Breakfast appeared to be very hotel ordinary, esp. for the price, so a no go. room fine, comfortable bed, etc.

Location is ok if you do not mind walking a few blocks to park! Some one hit a fire alarm and everyone had to exit! People came out in pajamas and no shoes!Then there is no room cleaning service unless you tell them at check in( we didn’t know) asked for clean towels but never got them. Think I could have done better, however we did have a beautiful view from our room if that counts. It was right arrows the street from some good places to eat.

Good, but quirky

The good, inconvenient, and quirky. The hotel has a beautiful location overlooking the bay, although I had a street side room. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. The inconvenient is that the bathroom was slightly less than 5 ft.²square. I’m 5‘2“, and my arms could touch both walls on both sides. The sink was outside the bathroom door with a 3 inch apron that left little room for your cosmetic bags. If you were standing at the sink and the bathroom door opened, it would hit you. The breakfast was a very average and adequate hotel fair which you paid a Restaurant price. The lobby area is beautiful, however, the reception desk was less than friendly. The hostess for breakfast was very nice and attentive to her job. Parking is on the street.

Great hotel
Pros:

We came to Seward the night before our day cruise. This hotel was great! We had a view from our balcony of the inlet and was able to see whales that night. They recommended a couple of places to eat! Wow it was great! Our bags were delivered to the train going back to Anchorage for us the next day. We will definitely be planning on coming back to stay here.

The toilet in room 304 was extremely low and small, like sized for a child’s kindergarten

Slechte ervaring bij hotel Edgewater in Seward

De ligging

Cons:

Staat van de kamer. Toilet verstopt. Pas de tweede dag werd het probleem verholpen na herhaaldelijk klagen en melden, zelfs bij de manager (paula). Deze dame is totaal niet klantvriendelijk. Het hotel is te vermijden. Totaal geen gevoel dat je welkom bent. Te duur voor wat het is.

这件海景房景色非常好，转角看两个方向的海景，但是床太小了，稍稍有点不方便

Cons:

没有热水，建议楼下放置热水的机器。Seward位于比较冷和多雨的地方，有热水还是会缓解很多不适感的。
