Keine Parkplatz für SUV - Personal lügt !!

Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Hotel angenehm, aber wir fühlen uns vom Hotel und den Damen an der Rezeption eindeutig getäuscht. Auf Booking gab es keinen einzigen Hinweis, dass der Hotelparkplatz nicht für SUV‑Autos geeignet ist. Uns wurde stattdessen gesagt, dass sie mit einem anderen Hotel zwei Häuser weiter zusammenarbeiten und wir dort problemlos parken können.

Der Hinweis: „Keine Sorge, Sie zahlen am Ende fast genauso viel wie bei uns, Sie bekommen einen Rabatt.“
Klang gut — war aber schlicht nicht wahr.

Der Parkplatz im IBIS kostet 17 €, der im anderen Hotel 30 €.
Auf unsere Frage, wie hoch der Rabatt genau ist, bekamen wir zweimal dieselbe Antwort von zwei verschiedenen Mitarbeiterinnen: „Ganz ruhig, Sie zahlen am Ende praktisch das Gleiche wie bei uns.“

Beim Check‑out haben wir extra noch einmal nachgefragt. Wieder: „Bitte machen Sie sich keine Sorgen.“

Am Ende: Rabatt 3 €, Parkkosten 27 €.
Also wirklich „fast das Gleiche wie im IBIS“?

Für uns ist das eine klare Irreführung.

Sehr nettes Personal, zentrale Lage, das Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Bitte nächstes Mal darauf hinweisen, dass man den Parkplatz in der Hotelgarage extra reservieren muss. Ich hatte mit einem Garagenparkplatz gerechnet und musste letztendlich eine Stunde lang einen anderen Parkplatz suchen.

Gut erreichbare Lage
Pros:

Zimmer war sauber. Es war zentral genug dass man die Innenstadt gut erreichen konnte.
Preis- Leistung war ok.

Cons:

Personal hätte ein wenig freundlicher sein können, z.b..mlt einem Lächeln begrüßen.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein für den Preis den man gezahlt hat, aber war ok.

Wir waren bereits vor 12 in München (hatten dies auf der Website auch angegeben), als wir um halb 2 im Hotel waren, war noch kein Zimmer fertig, was absolut okay ist, da ja ein Check in ab 15 Uhr angegeben ist. Als wir dann noch 1 1/2 Stunden ein bisschen die Gegend erkundet hatten und um kurz nach 15 Uhr in das Hotel kamen, war immernoch kein Zimmer bereit. Dazu wurde nur gesagt "das housekeeping ist heute langsam", nichtmal eine kleine Entschuldigung. Uns sollte dann Bescheid gesagt werden, wenn ein Zimmer frei ist - das hat vom Personal aus nicht stattgefunden. Da wir dann mitbekommen haben, dass jemand eincheckt hat sind wir nochmal hin. Wir sagten nochmal, dass wir ja eigentlich auch einchecken möchten. Daraufhin kam eine unfreundliche Antwort, dass die die gerade eingecheckt haben reserviert hätten (was auch immer das heißt). Dann haben wir aber eine Karte bekommen.
Das Mindeste in einer solchen Situation wäre eine Entschuldigung gewesen, aber das Personal wirkte genervt.

Generell gab es selten ein Hallo und ein Tschüß. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht über das unprofessionelle Verhalten.
