I paid too much for the room and quality I got.
Pros:

The hotel staff agreed to my super late check in at midnight because of my flight. The lady at the reception in the morning was quite helpful. The location was great, nearby food stalls for breakfast in the morning. Not far from the airport and walkable to the waterfront area. There's a nearby convenience store downstairs too if needed.

Cons:

The towels smelled like cigarettes, which I think was the worst aspect of the whole experience. The pillows, bed linen and the towels were also not white... it's stained with something.. and smelled quite bad too. Thankfully we were only staying for an overnight transit otherwise, I would have left for another place. I don't understand why the cleanliness rating for this place is high, maybe housekeeping just happened to be lacking on that day? I don't know.

the staff at the hotel were very friendly. good location, low cost.
Pros:

excellent location, friendly staff, very reasonable price. check in was straight forward and we were able to check into our room an hour early. laundry was inexpensive and the property is close by to some excellent local food.

Cons:

no safe in rooms, the first room we were in the air con was poor. this was due to gaps in the windows where seals had not been placed, later this was an issue when it rained and water started flooding into the room through the window, we were told that maintenance would come an fix the problem and that someone would return to let us know when this would be, eventually we had to go down to the desk and request to move rooms and were told maintenance would not fix the issue for at least a day. we also had an issue returning to our room where the key card would not work.

An inexpensive hotel in an interesting area. Good value for money.
Pros:

The location was very good. A short walk to the waterfront through an interesting part of the town. Cat statues everywhere, even cat lights in the street and on poles around town. Padungan Street was a hive of food activity after dark with small street food restaurants serving great food ....... laksa and kolom mee etc. Indian and Filipino restaurants also had wonderful offerings. There is an Everise supermarket very close by with a good foreign food section.

Cons:

The beds were very hard. But you get what you pay for. The rate is really inexpensive. The shower was a hand shower which kept falling out of its holder......no top shower....
the top bracket for the shower holder was too high for me to reach so one has to crouch under the lower shower head.
very awkward for me at 76.

Pros:

Clean room and bed

Cons:

Location wise, is good. With lots of food and drinks available. But no night life activities such as pubs /Night Clubs. Not much attraction in this area unless we walk or get transport.
Staffs attitude not that friendly. Only talk when we request for anything.

Bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé avec plusieurs restaurants et bars dans la rue, accueil agréable, lits confortables.

Cons:

Il manquait du papier toilette, sdb a rafraîchir.
