Hotel mit guter Lage & hohem Potenzial
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt und in der Nähe vom Hbf, Maschsee, Heinz von Heiden Arena, Gilde Parkbühne etc., Cafès, Supermärkte & Co. befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Zimmer an sich bot zudem viel Platz. Die Dame beim Check-out war freundlich und die Bar/Lounge sah komfortabel aus (bei unserem kurzem Aufenthalt nicht genutzt).

Cons:

Der Herr beim Check-in war etwas wortkarg, lag vermutlich am langen Tag & ist absolut menschlich. Uns sind ansonsten einige Punkte aufgefallen, durch die wir uns wiederum unwohl gefühlt haben: Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war für uns ein ganz großer Minuspunkt und wir haben uns gefragt, wann es zuletzt eine wirkliche Grundreinigung gab - angelaufene Toilette (= Ekelgefühl), viel Staub, viele Flecken, viele Spinnweben, in allen Ecken immer wieder etwas Dreck. Während unseres 2-Tages-Aufenthaltes gab es kein Housekeeping. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, rund um die Tür kommt viel Licht vom Flur rein und der Tür fehlen zudem Sicherheitsmechanismen. Wäre ich alleine gereist, hätte ich das Hotel aufgrund der fehlenden Türsicherung im Zimmer ausnahmslos verlassen. Wenn die Punkte Sauberkeit und Sicherheit in den Zimmern verbessert wird, ist das Hotel m.M. nach ideal.

Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

- Lage ist wirklich gut, direkt am neuen Rathaus. Das Parkhaus mit dem das Hotel zusammenarbeitet ist 3 Minuten Zufuß entfernt.
- Frühstück war ok, alles was man braucht, leckere Kaffeespezialitäten!

Cons:

- Teilweise längere Wartezeiten an der Rezeption. Wahrscheinlich muss das Personal sehr viele Aufgaben erledigen und war daher oft um Backoffice.
- Zimmer und Flure teilweise etwas alt
