Great air conditioning in the room , 10 min walk to frigate bay with bars on the beach

First of all, let me say that Blondell was the best. I spoke with her on the phone last Christmas but never got to meet her until this year May. She is very helpful and she treats everyone with equal respect.

The place was nice as usual. Sleep everyone very well. Very comfortable. The AC worked well with was a major plus. The bathroom was small though and the water kept splashing everywhere outside the bathroom.

We did not eat at the hotel but that is only because the of the perfect location. We like to try new places and food. We tried Rock Lobster for the first time (Overpriced) and we did breakfast at Rituals with is always nice.

I like that the room were clean fresh and modern

The location was great. The room had a fully loaded kitchen, even though I did not use much it was a plus for me. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. Felt safe and secured. Security walked the grounds.

Check-in was smooth and the gym and bar area were both decent. Service was generally good but a bit slow at times.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but several things need fixing. The bathroom tiles look dirty and discoloured, likely from mold. We also had a toilet that wouldn't flush for two days, and it was noisy after it got repaired. The in-room cooker is old and sits unevenly, making it hard to cook with properly.
Also, only one of the two bedrooms had a working blind — the other had none at all, so we had to stack boxes against the window to block the stairwell light at night.
Towel supply was also an issue — we were 4 people but only given 2 towels, and had to request extras. Housekeeping/cleaning was only every other day as well.
Good bones here — spacious rooms and nice amenities — but the property needs some upkeep and better daily service to match. Hoping these get sorted soon.

Loved our stay at this property. The hotel is nice and clean with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding areas. Our 1 bedroom apartment was lovely and big and comfortable. The bed was huge and so big. Loved it! Room has well equipped self catering facilities. Also self service laundry on site was was very useful for us as we aware travelling for several weeks and needed to wash clothes.

Location is very good, on-site well stocked and good priced supermarket and pharmacy. Plenty of places to eat, all within easy walking distance. Area feels safe and laid back.

Staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Special thank you to staff at Front Desk who helped us to sort changes to booking due to last minute changes by our airline, resulting in us having to book and the cancel accommodation additional nights. Really apprentice help in getting refunds organised.

The Service is off the charts. Made up our room in an instant! 🙌🏾. Assembled our room very fine. Incredible Service.

I visited the island of St. Kitts with a group of friends recently. We stayed at the Royal St Kitts Hotel, Frigate Bay and I must say my vacation was amazing.

Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Kitchenette equipped with your basic amenities. Outside surroundings clean and well kept.

The staff over at the Splash very pleasant and friendly. Great breakfast every morning. Big shout out to Gabby and the other Servers.

The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. I must mention Ms Blondell Jeffery who assisted some of us in printing our AD forms, when we were having problems.

I, will definitely recommend the Royal St. Kitts Hotel to my friends or anyone who needs a comfortable place to stay in St. Kitts.

Ideal hotel surrounded by restaurats and the beach is not too far. You either can walk or use transportstion. Two swimming pools on property which we used both. There is secuirty around the clock so I felt extra safe at nights. The room we stayed in was an upgrade to what my partner booked, what a surprise. The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there becsuse the staff we encountered made us feel like family, always engaging us in a brief conversations. Thank you to Ms. Jeffrey at reception who arranged all of our transportation needs. You are the best. We are already planning our next visit for December and would be staying at the Royal St. Kitts Hotel. See you guys soon.

I loved the pool that it’s not to deep , neither sallow I only stayed one night I didn’t get chance to explore the rest of property but I’ll be back .
