Pros:

Staff were fantastic! There were issues pertaining to other guests being jerks in a shared room, and staff remedied them quickly. Like one person taking all towels and water bottles. I've stayed in countless shared rooms in many countries and have never encountered that, but they handled it excellently.

Cons:

Where I don't recommend this is it's a hotel first and foremost. I stay in capsules for the shared resources like common rooms, some kitchen facilities, meeting other travelers. This was literally just 4 capsules in a single room with nothing else.

One toilet/shower, and one woman monopolized it for an hour for makeup despite there being a large mirror in the main room whereas in most capsules there are other options even if they're outside the room. Now, that's her being a jerk and not on the hotel staff, but it is an avoidable problem in every other hostel/capsule I've stayed.

Pros:

Everything was perfect to me. Clean and comfortable. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Laundry also very near. Food is everywhere. Transport wise is very convienent. Will come again in the future. Thank you.

Cons:

One thing that I don't like is that there is no bidet. Hopefully, the management will look into it and upgrade to have bidet in every bathroom. Convienent for us. Thank you.

Pros:

The 4-bed rooms are extremely spacious for a hostel type room and have a chair and minifridge. Location was nice right on Joo Chiat Rd.

Cons:

WiFi was horrendous in my room. Mattresses were thin and uncomfortable
