La posizione.
A due passi dalla metro di Rustaveli fondamentale per spostarsi.

Cons:

Abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza 15, all’ultimo piano.
La maleducazione dei nostri vicini della stanza 16 o 17 che intorno a mezzanotte passata hanno cominciato a sbattere la porta, salire e scendere dalle scale, non curanti che altri ospiti potessero e volessero riposare. Ma questo esula dalla gestione dell’albergo.

La struttura non presenta un ascensore quindi per il bagaglio organizzatevi.

Двуспальная кровать разъезжалась, так как состоит из двух половин.
Все эти нюансы отражаются в цене.

Мы остались довольны проживанием. Отель находится в пятя минутах ходьбы от проспекта Руставели и станции метро, но при этом это тихое место без шума и городской суеты. Номер на мансарде был небольшой, но удобный. Кому-то может быть неудобно так как часть потолка низкая и затрудняет доступ к кровати с одной стороны. В отеле очень чисто. Каждый день уборка, замена полотенец, пополняются запасы чая, воды и кофе. Вся техника исправна и работает. Завтрак достаточный и вкусный, хоть и несколько однообразный. Отдельное спасибо администратору Вано, готовому прийти на помощь!

Cons:

Стоит учитывать, что отель находится в старом здании с узкими деревянными лестницами и передвигаться по ним с тяжелыми чемоданами может быть некомфортно. Так же из-за старой канализации может присутствовать запах в ванной.

A localização é ótima e o local muito silencioso. O funcionário de nome Ilia, nos ajudou muito com uma bagagem que não chegou. Ele nos ajudou muito a resolver um problema.

The authenticity of the building.
We were given a room at the 2nd floor which was acceptable given that the building had no elevators.
We stayed only one night, however we can tell that the hotel is charming.

Cons:

The breakfast area was small with dim lighting giving winter vibes in summer. So booking in the winter season is a steal.
