We love Ashland and have stayed here before so we knew it would be just fine.
Pros:

The room and the whole facility was clean and well taken care of. Ryan, at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful, though grumpy.

Cons:

The light in the bathroom was very low. Better lighting would have been better for us, though it was useable as it was.

Good location if going to Crater Lake National Park.
Pros:

Day five of my 31 day road trip through the USA. I was very pleasantly surprised as this is one of the nicest BW's I have stayed at. As usual I will list the Pros and Cons:

PROS:
1. Very large BW, not to close to the freeway to hear it.
2. Comfortable, clean room and inexpensive compared to downtown Ashland.
3. Brian at the front desk has a great sense of humor and should do stand up.
4. Nice pool and hot tub.
5. Decent breakfast, large space plenty of room.
6. Free parking and internet.

CONS:
1. On of the reasons I stayed here, was that it was advertised as having a large workout room. It did, but the equipment was poorly maintained, free weights amiss, and TV did not get signal. Worthless to work out.

I would probably stay here again provided they updated the fitness room.

Comfortable and less than 10 minutes from downtown Ashland.
Pros:

Large king room. Good Mexican restaurant near by.

Cons:

No elevator. Wife has trouble with stairs and the only available 1st floor rooms had queens.

Pros:

Room was large and pretty nice with all the basic amenities expected. Fitness room was great. Sunny and we'll appointed. The grounds were beautiful. The hot tub was terrific and it's nice to have a breakfast included.

Cons:

Ryan was a smartass. Pool was cold. Room never got cleaned while we were there. Our air conditioner was moldy which worried me a little. And the facility has a weird laid out.
