Pros:

The indoor pool and outdoor pool. The complimentary continental breakfast.

Cons:

I left a day and a half early due to tornado threats and I wasn’t able to receive any refund at all.
And the beds were so so.

A wonderful place to stay away at when you are traveling they treat the guess like we are all Famil.

They remolded since are last stay last year and we lived the Hotel then. It is more roomy it’s up to date the best were wonderful the walk in shower was fantastic the room was spacious. They have games outside and an area for people to sit eat and talk. They have an outdoor and indoor pool. Central located to get to every were in Lancaster. The Breakfast is out of this World and the Staff are super Friendly, nice and very Professional We have stayed here 4 times in a 1 and a half it is the nicest and best hotel in Lancaster when you visit. We have been coming down for 20 plus years 2 to 3 times a year. This is we will be staying from now on don’t change you are doing a fantastic job Thank you the Pfleegor’s

You used to have a spa hot tub we would wish to have that back in place. That would be the only thing I can think of and maybe the water a little warmer in the pools other then that don’t fix something that is doing Great and Fantastic.
