A wonderful place to stay away at when you are traveling they treat the guess like we are all Famil.
Pros:

They remolded since are last stay last year and we lived the Hotel then. It is more roomy it’s up to date the best were wonderful the walk in shower was fantastic the room was spacious. They have games outside and an area for people to sit eat and talk. They have an outdoor and indoor pool. Central located to get to every were in Lancaster. The Breakfast is out of this World and the Staff are super Friendly, nice and very Professional We have stayed here 4 times in a 1 and a half it is the nicest and best hotel in Lancaster when you visit. We have been coming down for 20 plus years 2 to 3 times a year. This is we will be staying from now on don’t change you are doing a fantastic job Thank you the Pfleegor’s

Cons:

You used to have a spa hot tub we would wish to have that back in place. That would be the only thing I can think of and maybe the water a little warmer in the pools other then that don’t fix something that is doing Great and Fantastic.

I would definitely stay again. This was my second time at this location which was recommended by a friend.
Pros:

Very clean, good choices for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Pool and fitness rooms were nice. Bed was comfortable also.

Cons:

Noisy hvac.

I would recommend this hotel looking to stay in this location.
Pros:

It was a good location, clean, comfortable, and good staff.

Cons:

There are many hotels in that area. The reason I picked this one because in the picture it showed a jacuzzi by the indoor pool, which was once there and now it’s closed, so we were very disappointed in that because that’s one thing that we enjoy.

The facility was clean and the location was perfect for our needs.

Cons:

The only thing I would say I didn't care for as much, but it didn't ruin the experience was when we checked in the front desk person was not mean but not friendly.

Pros:

Breakfast was wonderful! Beds were comfortable and shower was nice and hot. Also room included a nice recliner.

Cons:

Shower whined a bit. Elevator was slow. No indoor hot tub.
