Las alfombras de la habitación y de los pasillos estaban sucias.

la ubicacion es buena, si queres dedicarte al shopping. pero eta lejos de restaurants y sobre una avenida/autopista dificl de cruzar caminando.

Muy mala la administarcion. Nos habian reservado tres habitaciones de mas! Hubo un inetento de cobrarlas, por suerte tenia mi reserva de Booking para mostrar.
Una habitacion la bloquearon un dia antes de nuestra partida, porque tenian mal agendada la fecha de check out, ese dia no la limpiaron.
No cobraron los extras al momento del check out, asique a la semana me contactaron por mail para que haga el pago. Tuve que llenar un formulario y link de pago, para realizarlo. Todo muy informal.
La pileta la cerraron el dia que llegamos, por refacciones, sin aviso previo,, no pudimos disfrutarla, lo que era parte de nuestro plan.
La recespcion del hotel es en el piso 7, asique en un ascensor subes hasta ahi y despues hay que cambiar de ascensor para ir a las habitaciones.
Todo excepcional, la ubicación, la comodidad, la atención de todo su personal, realmente uno de los mejores hoteles de Las Condes

I stay a couple of time and... the water server at gym... the quality of water is bad... I could smell something wrong... I strongly recommend to maintain the server or replace it... this does not change since last time and this is the reason why I rated not good for this time stay. some staff should drink water to check the quality of water at least every month.
