Excelente, logo na chegada fomos bem recebidos e como estavamos viajando para comemorar aniversário de casamento já nos ofereceram vários mimos.
Tudo excelente, voltando a Santiago usarei o mesmo hotel com certeza.
La ubicación es ideal, en una zona de shopping y lugares para comer, ademas tiene muy buenas vistas. Es muy comodo para acceder y tiene lindas instalaciones. El estacionamiento es muy practico.
Si bien todos los días hacían la cama y reponían toallas, no acomodaban nada y jamas pasaron la aspiradora
La ubicación
They charged me 31 USD more than agreed price by mistake. They promised to refund the difference at checkout and 5 days later they have not done so.
Besides, the checkout employee told me we were good to know even when the total was 31 dollars lower than what they had charged me two days before checking in.

O ponto forte do Courtyard é a localização,dentro do shopping Park Arauco
Da limpeza do quarto,quando cheguei tinha cabelo do hóspede anterior e o edredom tinha uma mancha ,e o carpete q já está na hora de ser substituído.
La limpieza, la comodidad de las camas y la ubicación es perfecta.
La comida del restaurant no era sabrosa, pedí una crema de calabaza y no tenía sabor, me dió la impresión que era congelada.
En el desayuno, solicité un omelette que nunca llegó a la mesa, al parecer fue por olvido o descuido.

Excelente servicio prestado por sus colaboradores, nos ayudaron para lograr nuestra habitación antes de la hora prevista ya que el vuelo llegó muy temprano en la mañana. El servicio de habitaciones es maravilloso, nos consintieron siempre!! La ubicación es genial!! volveremos!!
The hotel is contemporary and and in good condition. The rooms have all what is needed for a good stay. We got one with mountain views. The staff is warm, friendly and responsive. They have a restaurant that offers full breakfast buffet style. The general manager Javier Dirassar was welcoming us in person and resolving issues with the reservation system. We were greeted by every single staff member from the door to housekeeping. The food at the restaurant was good and with multiple choices. My only recommendation is to check the consistency. Our soup sometimes was hot and sometimes not. The pizza was delicious two times but cold and burnt the last time. I do recommend this hotel.

Quizás el valor elevado del desayuno
La atención del personal en el desayuno es muy buena, el encargado muy respetuoso y amable, el desayuno muy completo, la piscina espectacular y el gimnasio es muy amplio.
No tengo en mente algo que no me haya gustado, pero el primer día la temperatura de la piscina estaba perfecta y los siguientes dos días estaba mas fría.
