The hotel is contemporary and and in good condition. The rooms have all what is needed for a good stay. We got one with mountain views. The staff is warm, friendly and responsive. They have a restaurant that offers full breakfast buffet style. The general manager Javier Dirassar was welcoming us in person and resolving issues with the reservation system. We were greeted by every single staff member from the door to housekeeping. The food at the restaurant was good and with multiple choices. My only recommendation is to check the consistency. Our soup sometimes was hot and sometimes not. The pizza was delicious two times but cold and burnt the last time. I do recommend this hotel.

Quizás el valor elevado del desayuno
La atención del personal en el desayuno es muy buena, el encargado muy respetuoso y amable, el desayuno muy completo, la piscina espectacular y el gimnasio es muy amplio.
No tengo en mente algo que no me haya gustado, pero el primer día la temperatura de la piscina estaba perfecta y los siguientes dos días estaba mas fría.

La ubicación es excelente. Nos tocaron días de lluvia entonces la piscina, el gimnasio y la sala de juegos ayudaron mucho para realizar actividades.
El desayuno resultó un poco desorganizado por la cantidad de huéspedes y el espacio quedaba pequeño.

Pedimos un filete de la carta 3/4 y a la 4ta vez llego bien, pero siempre con la disponibilidad de ayudar
Todo cumplió, bastante concurrido el desayuno, excelente ubicación.
No me hicieron limpieza a la habitación el segundo día, no llamé para que la hicieran finalmente porque ya habíamos vuelto y mi hijo estaba muy cansado.
La ubicación es increíble. El gimnasio y la piscina bien equipadas con vistas muy lindas a la ciudad. También tiene una sala de juegos y lavandería, que son un plus.
El sector de desayuno fue pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes que había en esta fecha.

Excelente localização, funcionários gentis. Café da manhã muito bom - várias opções de frutas. Piscina e sala de jogos foram ótimos para as crianças. Vista agradável do quarto. Tem cafeteira com cápsulas nos quartos e filtro de água (fria e quente) e máquina de gelo nos corredores.
