Caro el late check out, me dijeron q era hasta las 18 luego fue hasta las 22 y hay cosas q no pude hacer x ese error de la recepción tanto al llegar como esta mañana me dijeron eso.
luego cuando fui a entregar mis llaves a las 18 me dijeron q era hasta la 22 fue buenísimo, pero una pena q no me lo hallan dicho a la mañana y haber hecho más cosas, fue por eso que volví a las 17 al hotel, una pena me quedaban 5 hrs q las perdimos, igual estuvo muy bueno tenerlas!!!

Que al llegar no reconocían la RESERVA CONFIRMADA que me fué enviada por el mismo hotel a través de BOOKING. Venía de otro vuelo de 13 horas y que me digan que no tenía reserva me puso de mal humor. Luego de hacerme esperar varios minutos en los que la recepcionísta fué a ver al gerente para ver el problema, me pidieron disculpas y me dieron la habitación.

La opción de desayuno a la habitación en caso que uno de los pasajeros no esté en condiciones de movilizarse.
El desayuno es excelente. Y también la atención del personal de recepción.
El clima de la zona de la piscina: hacía frío, especialmente al salir del agua temperada. No tenía comodides ni música ambiente. El servicio de las habitaciones también era bastante pobre.

Las habitaciones no tienen bidè. Ni siquiera un duchador, para poder higienizarse sin tener que tomar una ducha. El horario de limpieza del cuarto es muy aleatorio: tanto puede ser de mañana temprano como tarde en la tarde. El ascensor al lobby sólo funcionaba uno. El personal del bar es poco eficiente y no siempre cortés. Las cortinas del cuarto tenían signos de mucho uso. Un solo jabon en el baño.
La ubicación es excelente, muy cómoda, literalmente está arriba de un mall. El desayuno muy bueno y el trato del personal un 10. Es la tercera bes que estuvimos y sin dudas volveremos.
