The Marie d at the restaurant was quite rude and actually rolled her eyes out loud when we only wanted a bowl of chips and a drink from the bar which was extremely hard to get service. When I had to ask a second time for service it seemed just too hard.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location with fabulous food and friendly staff.
Pros:

Everything was fantastic. They couldn’t do enough for you - we asked for quiet rooms accessible for elderly guests and that’s actually what we got.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Stayed here when attending a nearby wedding. Requested an early check in which Vickoria the receptionist facilitated and I was very grateful. Lovely rooms very comfortable bed. Very high standard. Great choice for breakfast and the gluten free section was a welcome addition. Highly recommended hotel

Staff were great - i had a very late check in and it was no problem .... for breakfast- there were no tables free so they sat us in a lovely cosy seated area and brought us coffee while we waited 👌a lovely stay...
