The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet, even the a/c in the room was quiet enough for everyone to sleep. Kids loved the pool.

Thw load shower n fridge in our room.
Helena checked us in efficiently and with a friendly attitude. Breakfast was great!
The water slide didn't go fast at all, and the kids had to push themselves through it.
Outside was a bit dingy. Lots of dirt/grit In parking lot and sidewalk

Our stay was fine, but having worked in the hotel industry in the past, I know exactly why we were assigned a room on the top floor at the far end of the hallway, and I did not like it a single bit.
