Great location.
Pros:

Was in the perfect place for us after flying in to Edmonton. Sylvan Lake is a lovely town and the hotel is in walking distance of the lake and lots of nice places to eat. Beds were super comfortable and the view from our room was lovely.

Cons:

Staff were a little lacklustre. Given key cards that didn’t work which after 20 hours of travelling was a trip back to the desk that we didn’t need. Hotel is a little tired. Curtains let way too much light in.

Great staff, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Great location, clean and comfortable. Great staff. We had a minor billing issue where we were overcharged, which happens. A quick phone call to the hotel and the staff took care of it promptly which impressed us further. We will definitely be back

Pros:

The location. Across the street from the Friday market. A bit of a walk to the beach. Website said beach access but really it is a bit of a walk

Cons:

We arrived on a very hot day. Icewater in the lobby would have been much appreciated.

Would stay again.
Pros:

The breakfast is a nice touch, for a family of three that's a $60 value right there. Beds could be slightly a little more comfortable, but that's subjective. Rooms are a little old but were clean. Staff were great.

The spot it was located

Cons:

No water when we stayed in there for the whole night m. We didn’t get to take a shower at night and also I requested the room to be on top floor and facing the water. It is totally the opposite

Would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

Comfy beds. Nice sized room. Superb housekeeping. Hot breakfast at reasonable hours. Pool. Cafe.
