Pros:

The receptionist had no manners at all. I had travelled so much that day and we were exhausted when we reached the hotel , the receptionist didn’t know how to speak, greet the guests.He really should learn how to behave with the guests.At one point I thought of leaving the hotel and booking a new one but we had already spent a lot for the stay.Overall it was a bad experience only because of him.

Wrong choice.
Pros:

1) The room I booked was severely stinky. Seems they haven't even cleaned the room after the last booked people vacated. After asking the staff to spray any room deo they did, but didn't bother to clean to unhygienic bathroom. The bathroom floor, the tiles and the washbasin was full of dirt and stains making it totally uncomfortable to use it.

The room' floor was full of sand as well.
The staff was hardly available to ensure room facility

The entire thing.. from furniture, cleanness, staff behaviour, support from desk manager...

The mamager was rude, instead of resolving our problem... they didnt do anything... they deny the refund even we didnt use their facility....
