Lacklustre
Pros:

The breakfast and main bar in the sister hotel were quite nice although it should be noted that this is a 5 minute walk away and requires crossing an (at times) busy road. Not suitable for small children or disabled individuals.

Cons:

Shower was dirty and didn't drain. Pressure was fine but it repeatedly cycled between hot and cold no matter what temperature it was set to. I spoke with colleagues and this was not a unique experience.
Room was hot and housekeeping staff would always open the blinds and close the windows despite it being a heat wave.

Smart 'student-room' style accommodation, with a good breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast is over the road at the Edgbaston Park Hotel and is good

Cons:

I moved room because the step into the shower in the first room was challenging for me - but to be positive, staff found me an accessible room. The check-out time is a bit early (10am). Like mnost of the country, the rooms struggled a bit with the heatwave!

Cons:

The bathrooms in Peter Scott House are now very tired. A heated towel rail in the middle of a very hot spell was not necessary

Clean, great location for graduation stay, easy to check in, staff were friendly

Noisy and disruptive during the night due to other guests, and noisy in the morning due to drilling noises inside the building and leaf blowers outside.

Very good
Pros:

Location and comfortable bed

Cons:

Bathroom was dated and a little bit tired

Pros:

Location was great in proximity to the university in the graduation.

Cons:

The bathrooms were quite dirty and felt unclean.
The doors were difficult to open with the key, I feel like the hotel would benefit from a modern rennovation.

Lovely apartment but not what we booked! We paid for a 2 bedroom apartment but only got a 1 bedroom.
Pros:

Apartment was lovely.

Cons:

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but got a 1 bedroom apartment. Staff were quick to provide an extra bed which went in the lounge area.
