Location was good
Banging all night. Barely slept. Very loud

The breakfast and main bar in the sister hotel were quite nice although it should be noted that this is a 5 minute walk away and requires crossing an (at times) busy road. Not suitable for small children or disabled individuals.
Shower was dirty and didn't drain. Pressure was fine but it repeatedly cycled between hot and cold no matter what temperature it was set to. I spoke with colleagues and this was not a unique experience.
Room was hot and housekeeping staff would always open the blinds and close the windows despite it being a heat wave.
The breakfast is over the road at the Edgbaston Park Hotel and is good
I moved room because the step into the shower in the first room was challenging for me - but to be positive, staff found me an accessible room. The check-out time is a bit early (10am). Like mnost of the country, the rooms struggled a bit with the heatwave!
Very quiet and away from the hotel so no noise .
Nothing .
The bathrooms in Peter Scott House are now very tired. A heated towel rail in the middle of a very hot spell was not necessary
Location was perfect for our trip to Edgbaston
Quiet , clean and access to the Edgbaston Park Hotel
Location. Great breakfast.
Clean, great location for graduation stay, easy to check in, staff were friendly
Noisy and disruptive during the night due to other guests, and noisy in the morning due to drilling noises inside the building and leaf blowers outside.
The rooms were comfort could do with a bit of TLC in the bathroom, the breakfast was first class.
I requested an early book in which wasn’t available but did get our rooms before the 3pm check-in.
Convenience
Quiet
Very hot rooms
Heated towel rail on all the time
No access to drinks / vending machine
Location and comfortable bed
Bathroom was dated and a little bit tired
It was very hot so a lighter duvet or thin cover to sleep would have been appreciated
Location was great in proximity to the university in the graduation.
The bathrooms were quite dirty and felt unclean.
The doors were difficult to open with the key, I feel like the hotel would benefit from a modern rennovation.
Perfect location for the university
Cheap
It is very tired and dusty, and we really baked on the upper floor in this summer heatwave. A fan was provide through so that was a good surprise.
Just off campus, handy for an overnight stay when visiting students
Very basic facilities and miscommunication from hotel about parking was frustrating: . Some of the bedrooms back on to the athletics track , which can be noisy in the evenings if there is a track meet hapoenjng
Apartment was lovely.
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment but got a 1 bedroom apartment. Staff were quick to provide an extra bed which went in the lounge area.
