Great value for money. Clean room and a great base for where we needed to be.
Being on the ground floor (room 1) next to the front door and communal area it was quite noisy with people coming in and chatting but it was quiet after midnight so not an issue for us but bare it in mind if you have little ones that need an earlier bed time.
Bathroom was a little dated and tired.
Staff were excellent!
We were an unintentionally difficult table of four dinner guests, requesting different versions of the same dish and the restaurant staff were outstanding with their patience and positive attitude. Gold stars!
Very bright, clean, comfortable room. The breakfast is very good. Part of the university campus, easy access to the university. Beautiful plants all around,
No such.
The room was fair, illustrating value for money.
Breakfast was excellent
Nice location but outlying the main hotel so walking was involved.
Access to bus routes
Parking was not clear. I paid for parking on the first day university campus rates because I went to the building first then I was told at reception I wouldnt need to have paid. Also I was told late that I had to register the car on the screen till late on the second day and I am not sure I got away without a ticket.
My third stay in a year for business trips. I am in public sector and this is value for money and convenience.
Location
It is an old
My dad is in hospital here and your staff looked after me amazing
Even a shoulder to cry on a free drink and leaving me in rhe same room
My stay continues
Coziness and the complementary tea and coffee
The bathroom sink was damaged and but run down
The location and basic room facilities
Cold showers in the evening. One window with very limited opening. Poor TV reception. A shower that ran hot and cold in the morning. Cold at night.
Breakfast
Cleanliness
Great breakfast. Convenient for the hospital.
Had twin beds which were extremely narrow - not full size singles
breakfast was delightful, one of the best i have had.
room basic single beds next to each other very close, good job i was not sharing a room, very hot through the night. not the best to be situated next to the cleaning room and toilets.
Great location and really friendly staff
It’s an old uni halls of residence so is very basic and the walls are exceptionally thin! But it is half the price of the hotel associated with the conference centre so this is to be expected!
