Wonderful vacation
Pros:

Rooms are very nice, need to ask for the larger room. Wellness & pool, food, breakfast. Very friendly. Staff does everything to help you out. Very responsive.

Cons:

The busy and noisy road, too much traffic noise. Sleeping with the window open is uncomfortable due to noise. Although the windows are soundproof.

Fabulos, totul la superlativ, linistea, aerul montan cat si ospitalitatea oamenilor. Revin curand!!!
Pros:

Serviciile oferite de hotel depasesc cu mult 4 Stele.
Locatia se gaseste in parcul national Stelvio, deci natura pura.
Zona de SPA este fabuloasa, cu vedere la munti.
Personalul este asa de amabil, ca te simti ca acasa.
Ai autobuz gratuit, spre principalele destinatii.
Personal, ca iubitor de natura, mi-a placut aerul de munte tare cat si padurea de vis a vis.

Cons:

am stat doar o saptamana..:(

Alles in allem ein Musterbetrieb.
Pros:

Sehr schönes, gut organisiertes, sauberes kleines Hotel. Ein Familienbetrieb mit Seele. Die Gastgeber sind immer sehr sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Im Dachgeschoss ist ein wunderschöner kleiner SPA-Bereich mit großen Panoramafenster. Das Frühstückbuffet ist so umfangreich wie ich es noch nie gesehen habe, zudem immer alles ordentlich und frisch. Das Abendessen sehr abwechslungsreich und mit viel Raffinesse zubereitet.

Cons:

Die Lage ist etwas ausgesetzt, ziemlich schattig neben einer steilen Landesstraße.

Auszeit im Martelltal
Pros:

Zu allererst ein herzliches Dankeschön für die schöne Zeit.

Sehr aufmerksame und immer freundliche Mitarbeiter und Gastgeber!

Das Essen war hervorragend und glänzt mit Regionalität. (Nächstes Mal würde ich gerne einen Kochkurs machen.)

Der Wellnessbereich auf der oberen Etage ist ein Traum. Wir haben noch nie solch eine Sauna gesehen.

Cons:

Einen minimalen Abzug würde ich für den Whirlpool geben, der scheint schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein.

Die Reinigungskräfte begannen schon gegen 8:00 Uhr auf den Gängen zu reinigen, sodass man spätestens dann geweckt wurde.

Und unser Zimmer (niedrigste Kategorie) hatte eine überschaubare Größe.

Wir würden aber trotzdem das Hotel wieder buchen, da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis super ist.

Wunderbar, jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Ein durch und durch gelungener Aufenthalt. Das familiengeführte Haus braucht sein Licht nicht unter den Scheffel anderer Häuser mit mehr Sternen zu stellen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Abendessen ebensowenig. Besonders charmant die täglich wechselnde Tischdekoration, unauffällig aber elegant. Bemerkenswert auch der liebevolle Service und der täglich angebotene „Nachschlag“ beim Hauptgang, sodass man immer die Möglichkeit hat alles zu probieren. Auch die Weinkarte und die Weinkenntnisse der Hausherren sind sehr gut. Kleiner aber sehr feiner Wellnessbereich und auch hier, viel Liebe zum Detail.

Fantastisch omgeving, fantastische mensen.
Pros:

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk. Echt een familiebedrijf waar ze met heel hun hart voor werken en de mensen tevreden houden. Voelde mij heel erg welkom. Komt in een warm bad terecht.

Incredible boutique hotel, with great food and an amazing sauna.
Pros:

The food was amazing, both the breakfast buffet and the dinners. I had not expected to eat at the hotel but ended up eating all my meals there. An amazing changing five course dinner each night for 20 euros. Wow!
