AMANOR Hotel Chiang Mai

Our second stay at Amanor and we were not disappointed. The location is sensational- easy access to everything. The rooms are beautiful. We stayed in a Manor Suite for 14 nights. The space is so well designed, allowing for one to sleep whilst the other relaxes in the lounge room or on the balcony. The rooftop pool is a nice cooling escape high above Nimman. We find the rates reasonable for what you experience. Regardless of all else, the staff are what "make" Amanor. Professional, warmly welcoming and go the extra mile for guests.

Lovely peaceful hotel with great rooms situated in the best neighbourhood in Chang Mai. Loads of wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and retail nearby. Relaxing rooms that are of a good size. I am not sure why they did not install curtains to the bedrooms so if you need to sleep in a black out bedroom this is not the place for you! Breakfast was ok but staff need training on making good coffee (a shame when there are so many great coffee shop nearby).

Swimming pool seems to have issues and was being fixed by a crane when we were there - check if it is in operation if you are going soon.

Good location and nice hotel in Nimman area the service is another level. they always done a good job when i ask any help. I want to mentioned the Krapao Short rib is the best I really like it. Moreover I want to special thanks to OAT who understand my need he confirm everything I request upon check in and he make sure the request is provided.

Fantastic hotel in the Nimman are of Chiang Mai. Good location - malls and markets within walking distance. and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Found a place to do laundry at really cheap price the road behind the hotel. I took a premier suite which was huge and a really cool layout. Water pressure in the shower was very good and the room amenities were great quality. Decent breakfast but could do with more choice with buffet offerings. Staff are the standout feature of this hotel. They are so friendly and helpful even down to the guard outside - must name the following as truly outstanding staff - Preen, Oi and Oat. This is a great hotel at affordable prices.

The front desk staff (both Noon and Goi) are really warm and friendly. I also love the special service of providing extra pillows along with a choice of scent mists

Lumi restaurant is outstanding with great food and exceptional service. The Manor suite was perfect for our 6 night stay. Both Koi and Num looked after us really well

Amazing hotel with outstanding hospitality, especially Noon and Art. Room was fantastic, daily breakfast was great. terrific location in the heat of Nimman. Spacious room with lots of amenities. Highly recommend.

Fantastic hotel in a great location! Everything was within walking distance.

The room was modern and very comfortable. I especially loved the rooftop pool and the beautiful mountain views at sunset. Breakfast was excellent and every staff member was warm and attentive.

Such a lovely stay here! My experience was amazing, all staff are welcoming and extremely friendly. The hotel space feels warm and cozy, and the beds are wonderfully comfortable for a solid night’s sleep. 10/10, I’d recommend this place to all travellers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Miss Pang and the team Oat, Peem and Oh at the front desk provided excellent service. They paid incredible attention to detail and took the time to introduce all the room facilities very clearly, making us feel instantly welcome.
The little details really made our stay special-the small postcard in the room recommending local attractions was a fantastic touch, and the daily local sweets absolutely made our day. Highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch hospitality!

I would like to write the compliment to hotel staffs. They are very friendly and helpful. Provide an excellent experience in Amanor Hotel. Especially, I would like to thank Pang, Yatch, Goi and Nam. They are very nice and helpful. Such as, we already checked out. When we go back to the hotel and bring the luggages. I ask for the hair dryer to dry my cloths during the raining. They are very helpful and offer the hair dryer.

Staff we're amazing. The breakfast was above average. Dinner in the Italian restaurant was superb. Great location too.

As a loyal customer of the Hilton hotel collection, there was no doubt that I would choose the Amanor Hotel as my first choice.

I would like to thank all the staff for giving me the best memories during my 5-day stay. From check-in, room cleaning, and daily breakfast, to trip recommendations and check-out service—every detail and every warm smile made us feel so welcome and comfortable.

A special thanks to staff- Note. He recommended a great place to find local food near the university area and even helped me communicate with my Grab driver after he was already off duty. I truly appreciated his help and felt his great professionalism.

Overall, I highly recommend the Amanor Hotel to everyone staying in the Chiang Mai Nimman area.
I really enjoyed the selection on the continental breakfast menu. However, it would be wonderful if the salad bar could offer a few more choices, like smoked salmon, and if there could be a wider variety of fresh fruits.

I visited the hotel to see the art gallery and view the rooms to help me decide on future bookings for friends visiting Chiang Mai. The staff were very welcoming and informative. They showed me around the hotel and provided excellent information about Chiang Mai attractions and the hotel's services. I was especially impressed with the service from Mr. Yacht at the Front Desk.

Location is great. Hotel staffs are fantastic even the butler and the parking man are so friendly and curtious. Will definitely recommend this hotel.
