Spotless, Quiet Room Despite Busy Street
Pros:

Our room was spotless, and even though it faced a busy, noisy street, it was surprisingly quiet and relaxing inside. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and we appreciated having coffee and tea-making facilities as well as a minibar in the room. The staff were amzing throughout our stay, always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with directions or recommendations. The location was very unique, with tram and bus stops just down the street, making it easy to explore the city. There was also a huge market opposite the hotel on Sunday morning, which was great for browsing. The rooftop bar offered beautiful views and was a lovely place to unwind after a day out. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

Our room was very clean and although it faced the busy noisy street it was very quiet and relaxing. The A/C worked perfectly, there is coffee and tee making facilities and a mini bar. The staff are amazing and so helpful. Great location, tram and bus stop just down the street and a huge market opposite on a Sunday morning. Great views from the roof top bar. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rome.

Great hotel in Trastevere
Pros:

We booked this hotel based on advice from colleagues who stayed there several months ago. I must say that the staff, specifically Alessandro at the front desk and Fabiana at the breakfast bar, are the epitome of great customer service ! Alessandro provided us with a wealth of information on places to eat nearby. We had a horrible experience at the rooftop restaurant ( see review of the 8th floor rooftop restaurant) and took our complaint to Alessandro who immediately called a manager. We spoke with Marco and Carolina and discussed the horrible customer service we experienced. Aside from the rooftop restaurant, this restaurant does provide an excellent experience for tourists.

Great location, nice room and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and included good amenities. I really enjoyed the rooftop bar. Great location. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants and sites.

Cons:

We had difficulty with getting an invoice after we checked out, needed for work expenses, and were told that we had to request before check-out. We should have been informed or offered an invoice at check out. It makes this hotel less viable for business travelers. The power also went out for a few hours, but I believe that was a neighborhood-wide issue.

Cons:

Overpriced.
Dated.
Shower facilities very small. No hand rail in shower so it’s quite dangerous.
No English stations on tv.

Great hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days,The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spotless, very clean, and exceptionally quiet, allowing us to relax and sleep comfortably every night. The location is one of the best in Rome, with easy access to all major attractions and excellent public transportation connections. Getting around the city by bus was very convenient and hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
