Awesome stay, they have made so many upgrades to this property.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, close to the beach and had all the ammenities. I loved how how they kept the island charm, historical era appointments and had modern finishing touches in the room.

Cons:

I wish we had more shelf space in the bathroom. I know they can install an elevator but... their staff was so helpful with offering to take the bags upstairs. Other than that I was satisfied.

The start was good bed was comfortable. Room was cozy and clean. Staff were respectful and responsive.

My bed in my room was next to a stairway and I hear every step as people walked up and down. Thank goodness I went during the off peak season and it only occurred during the day.

IT WAS JAWSOME
Pros:

As always, my wife and I had an outstanding time at the summer camp hotel. We've been making an annual trek for the past six years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. The view from the front porch alone of the harbor is worth the money. My advice is to book during late winter, early spring to get the best rates at the best times of the year.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was the parking situation. We encountered the hotel parking lot, but found that all the spaces had previously registered guests names attached to them. We ended up having to park across the street. I'm starting at 8 PM overnight, which wasn't a big deal. But better or more available parking for guests that don't need to be reserved would be helpful.
