Pros:

Small bathroom, but thoughtful use of space. I loved the room and hotel decor and the bed was comfy. The front porch and furnishings were great. The staff was very kind, accommodating, and helpful.

Cons:

I wish the hotel had an elevator and a better price-point.

Summer Break
Pros:

Loved the hotel, service, and location. Beautiful porch to sit, relax, and people watch.

Cons:

The only complaint I have is it's not enough storage or shelves in the room. I don't like living out my suitcase on vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay here and want a special mention for Sara who was so welcoming. Centrally located a great base
Pros:

Very clean and well equipped. Nice communal space with unlimited great coffee, tea and filtered water . Lovely staff

Pros:

We liked the location and the main summer camp building. They offered free coffee and water daily. They had large lockers to store your bags until check in.
They also had a card and champagne waiting for us in our room for our 20 year anniversary.

Cons:

The second building we were in didn't have all the amenities and charm of the main building.
When we looked out of our room window we were just staring at another house.

Pros:

The property was exceptional in terms of location and staff. I wouldn’t stay any other place when visiting Oak Bluffs.

Cons:

The rules are extremely small, but for the convenience it’s worth the dollar.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Took time to tell us best places to visit and restaurants.
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable. Very close to restaurants, ocean and island free bus stop.

Cons:

Need an additional bike rack, the rack was full in the mornings and evening, making it hard to secure my rental bike.

Overall, a great stay, we very much enjoyed the location and shared facilities of the hotel.
Pros:

Loved the location of the property in Oaks Bluff! The staff was friendly and the common space was adorable (the main lobby, the canteen, and the front porch). All facilities were kept clean.

Cons:

The room was very small, leaving little room to move around comfortably. The bathroom was large, however, the sink was very small, like unusually small, with no counter space to put anything. The bathroom is large enough to add a normal sized sink with counter space 100%.

The @summercamp is beautiful and love that you can sit on their front porch watching the beautiful view. The staff were very helpful. Nicely decorated

The location was amazing and I would recommend anyone visiting Martha’s Vineyard to stay here.
Pros:

The hotel was amazing, the service and staff were friendly and helped us navigate Oak Bluffs. Loved that the room was cleaned and organized daily.

Cons:

There were a lot of small bugs like spiders and we had a grasshopper in our bathroom one morning. But other than those small insects nothing major.
