Pros:

Customer service was above and beyond.
Angela made sure we had everything we needed and comfortable at check in.
The room was very well taken care of and really clean
Few minutes walk from good food, Centennial Park and more.

Not worth the price. Only one elevator worked and it being a small elevator meant long wait times. Guest & staff had

Very expensive if staying when an event is on

Great location if you are attending an event at the stadium.

Cons:

I spent an hour unpacking and ironing after I arrived then when I was ready to head out I found the safe couldn’t be used as the previous guest had not left it open. When I rang reception to report this I was told that they had a list of rooms which had a faulty safes. Why would you not ask the quest on arrival if they needed to use the safe then allocate them a room with a working safe. Also for a hotel with so called Green credentials why is only basically unusable plastic cutlery provided.

Clean, friendly, and a great location
Pros:
