Extrêmement négatif
Pros:

Je tiens à signaler que mon séjour s’est extrêmement mal passé. Le personnel de l’hôtel a été particulièrement impoli et désagréable, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus difficile.

De plus, j’ai été victime d’un vol au sein de l’établissement : deux paires de lunettes m’ont été dérobées (une paire de lunettes de vue et une paire de lunettes de soleil). J’ai dû faire appel à la police suite à cet incident, ce qui est totalement inacceptable dans un lieu censé être sécurisé.

Je suis profondément déçue, tant par l’hôtel que par mon expérience via Booking. Je demande un remboursement et souhaite être contacté dans les plus brefs délais afin de traiter cet incident sérieusement.

Personale preparato in molteplici lingue.
Ottima colazione e pulizia, siamo molto soddisfatti.
Vicino a un centro commerciale quindi abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno.

Tuvimos que hospedarnos aquí por un problema con nuestro alojamiento inicial. Sin embargo, superó nuestras expectativas. Si bien es verdad que en la ducha había un bichito, no era por el aseo: la habitación estaba impoluta y la ropa de cama limpia. Tampoco escuchamos durante la noche a huéspedea de otras habitaciones (aunque los había). Si quieres escapar del bullicio de la medina la ubicación es excelente, y si no, por unos 3 € puedes acercarte a la misma en taxi. Destacar la amabilidad y atención de Moustafa, el recepcionista que estaba de guardia cuando llegamos.
