Comfortable small hotel at a great location
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable and quite large
Bed was comfortable
There was a SMART TV in the room which was good
Good Wifi connection
There were some drinks and biscuits in the room for the guest which was a nice touch
Great location - lots of cafes and restaurants and shops all around
MRT stations within walking distance
Staff at check in desk were pleasant & welcoming

Cons:

Although the room was large, the bathroom was on the small side and was slightly dated

Faboulous stay as always
Pros:

Location is walking distance to few malls, lots of food around the area,room was very clean ,bed very comfortable and most of all, the reception staff are super friendly and accomodating, love it so much that this is my 4th time and will definitely stay again.

Not quite what we expected
Pros:

Location, very convenient to public transport, food market, Kampong Glam

Cons:

We booked a Queen Superior room thinking this would be a reasonable size. It was tiny and we didn't feel that we would be able to stay 3 nights there. We asked about an upgrade and were offered a King room for an extra A$30 a night. We accepted this and it was much better. Just be aware that the photos of the rooms are quite misleading.

Good room, but don’t think about the money.
Pros:

Location is good, with a bus stop servicing a number of lines in front of the building, and Bugis station nearby. The room is not huge, but OK for three. We had the upgrade which gave us a small bathtub and a balcony with a decent view. Beds and pillows are comfy.

Cons:

There is a refrigerator, that only turns on when the key cards had been inserted (or at least it wasn’t cold when we came). Reception calls this thing minibar and mentioned that everything in there is free. The problem is that it’s not really good at cooling stuff, and the tiny size of it. Not that there wasn’t enough headroom.
The bathroom doesn’t get A/C since the windows are leaky and should be open anyway since there is no vent. The bathtub has a tempered glass separation that should be bigger.

Friendly cute place with easy access to the best parts of Singapore
Pros:

They are quite small and they could be fully booked so u can’t check in earlier if you have an early flight

Singapur ein tolles Land mit Top Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Pros:

Der einzige Trost war die Nähe zur U-BAHN. Kales und schmutziges Zimmer, renovierungsbedürftig, Keine Steckdosen, Bettwäsche roch schimmelig und hatte Flecken, Hotelbar wurde als GRATIS Entnahme angeboten (weder Kaffee noch Wasser wurde nachgereicht), Handtücher rissig und fleckig, Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!!!

Cons:

Hotel war für diesen Preis eine Katastrophe! Die Bewertungen können nicht echt sondern müssen manipuliert sein. Schade, leider. Dem Personal war ja wirklich alles egal, keine Motivation.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and the location was excellent.

Cons:

The hotel was desperately in need of maintenance. The aircon was frequently inoperable and the phone system didn't work at all during our stay. my friends and I had to request new rooms as the allocated ones were just not acceptable.
