Il n y avait pas la piscine elle était en réparation pour une date indéterminée et quand on vante un produit qui n existe pas ou plus je trouve cela du vol j estime que j aurai dû le savoir et ne pas le dire est inadmissible j ai été trompée je ne sais pas si je referai appel à vous à ma prochaine réservation

This place is a total scam, DO NOT BOOK IT! It was advertised as having a swimming pool and when I arrived it was being rebuilt and had no water in. The entire place was a building site. I confronted the owner about this and his response was ‘its your fault for believing booking.com’ - not showing any remorse or sign of apology for the state of the property or his own fraud. Don’t give him your money out of principle for the distain he has for you, let alone how the dusty wreck of a hotel he has.

Leider befand sich der Pool gerade in Rekonstruktion. Das ist nicht schlimm. Aber die Pool-Fotos sollten dann nicht gezeigt werden.

Une nuit dans la nouvelle ville de Fès!
Pros:

Établissement très propre et bien situé, très calme la nuit, pas de parking privé mais on peut se garer facilement dans la rue. Un bon petit déjeuner copieux.
Franchement cet hotel de 3* était nettement mieux qu'un hotel de 4* dans une autre ville. Bravo à vous.

Séjour 3 nuits pour visiter Fės
Pros:

La chambre spacieuse, la propreté. Petit déjeuner typique marocain très correct et à volonté. Personnel aimable. Bon Rapport qualité prix. Confort correct piscine en rénovation. Bagagerie possible sans supplément appréciée.

Cons:

Que l'hôtel ne puisse pas nous fournir une petite bouteille d'eau vu qu'on ne peut pas boire l'eau du robinet. Au minimum une petite bouteille par chambre serait appréciable. Petite supérette à proximité, certes... A 25 min à pied de la médina ça fait un peu de sport sinon les petits taxis ne passent pas loin.

Breakfast was extremely dry and boring. The hotel was due a renovation 30 years ago. The bathroom was horrible, and unfortunately, a necklace went missing from our room. The staff obviously denied this and didn't help at all.
