L'emplacement, le jeune réceptionniste très gentil et professionnel. La piscine propre très agréable.

C’est ma deuxième fois à l’hôtel , personnel respectueux et à l’écoute

L’emplacement est magnifique , le personnel est joyeux et serviable

Emplacement idéal, très bien pour un court séjour
Pros:

Bon accueil et bel emplacement en centre-ville de Fès. La piscine est très appréciable surtout lors des fortes chaleurs. L'hôtel met aussi à disposition un chauffeur pour le transfert à l'aéroport (pour 200 MAD par trajet).

Cons:

Matelas et oreillers plutôt fermes, de plus il y avait une fuite d'eau au plafond de la salle de bain. Manque également de gel douche / shampoing.

The whole vibe from check in to check out. Everyone is polite and helpful. The hotel is clean picturesque great rooms great pool. Great breakfast

Un rapport qualité-prix excellent
Pros:

Franchement à regarder certains avis j'ai eu très peur en réservant mais alors la surprise a été très agréable. .. J'ai quasiment mis les notes les meilleurs parce que je pense que le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment excellent 👍👍
