We were disappointed with our stay and, in our opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star property.

The hotel is very old and needs a complete renovation. Apart from the bathrooms, which appear to have been refurbished, the rest of the facilities are outdated. The overall architecture is also old, with many stairs throughout the property, making it less convenient for families with children . The main restaurant also only offers indoor seating.

We stayed in a Family Room, but there was only one air-conditioning unit for the entire room. The second sleeping area had no air conditioning, only a fan that pushed cool air from the first room. This is not what we expected from a family room.

We traveled with two children (6½ and 12½ years old). Our younger son was not allowed to use one of the water slides, despite meeting the required height. At another proper water park during our trip, he was allowed to use all the slides without any issues.

The biggest disappointment was the behavior of the French animation team. Our younger son, who is bilingual and speaks also English, tried several times to participate in the group activities. Instead of welcoming him, they excluded him and sent him away in an unfriendly manner. On another occasion, he tried to take an orange juice from a refreshment stand run by the animation team, and they refused him and pushed him away. This happened in an all-inclusive resort and was completely unacceptable.

We immediately reported these incidents to the reception. We were told that the animation team belongs to the French tour operator and not to the hotel. When I asked for the hotel’s own position, the staff agreed that our complaint was justified, but no action was taken.

The food was another major disappointment. It was far below the standard expected from a 5-star hotel and reminded us more of a budget 2- or 3-star resort. The quality, variety, and overall dining experience were not what we expected.

Pros:

Excellente for families. Many pools, a lot of activities, buffet is great, food is delicious.nl nice view from our room. Very spacious rooms, beds are great.

Καταπληκτικη παραλια, χωρις μουσικη στην παραλια (ιδανικο για ύπνο στην ξαπλωστρα),μεγαλο ξενοδοχειο που δεν χρειαζεται να βγεις αν πας για λιγες μερες

Great location, good rooms, very friendly and welcoming staff and good food.
Pros:

Breakfast - great selection, simple, but lots of hot & cold choices.
The bedroom was lovely - clean, fresh, and a combination of modern and traditional. (new furniture/bathroom but old closet). The views are lovely.

Cons:

We travelled mid October and there was no blankets in the room. This could have been provided as it is a little chilly early mornings.

الرحلة كانت جميلة
Pros:

الفندق جميل وجيد ومناسب للعائلات ولديه اطلالة جيدة على البحر والموظفون متعاونون كثيرا والغرف العائلية كانت واسعة ومناسبة

Cons:

الاكل لم يكن مناسبا لنا نحن كمسلمين لانه يحتوي على الكثير من الاصناف فيها لحم الخنزير
والفندق بعيد قليلا عن المرافق الحيوية
وبعيد كثيرا عن مركز البلد ومنا ندفع 15 يورو كل مرة نريد الذهاب الى المركز و 150 يورو عودة
