Pros:

Perfekte lage, sauberes Meer, sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommend Personal. Gutes abwechslungsreiches Essen. Guten Service. Top Küche.

Cons:

Die liegen sind alt und runtergekommen eine beistelltisch wäre von Vorteil, bei Getränke ausgabe am Strand habe ich mir frisches Obst gewünscht z.B Wassermelone, melone, trauben u.s.w. in den Zimmern waren immer knapp oder kaum toilettenpapier müßte öfters danach fragen. In der Gastronomie hat mir etwas mehr fisch Auswahl gefehlt calamares, dorade, muscheln oder Sardinen wäre schön gewesen.

Pros:

Ήταν όλα πολύ όμορφα, καθαρά και μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι.
Φανταστικό πρωινό, μεσημεριανό και δείπνο.
Το ξενοδοχείο ανταποκρίθηκε με τον καλύτερο αλλά & ποιοτικότερο τρόπο παροχών σε ότι συμπεριλάμβανε το all inclusive.
Μεγάλη οργανωμένη παραλία με δωρεάν ξαπλώστρες ακριβώς μπροστά του με νερά κρυστάλλινα, διάφανα και πεντακάθαρα.
Θα ξαναεπισκεπτόμασταν την περιοχή και θα μέναμε ξανά σε αυτό με μεγάλη μας χαρά.

Pros:

Ωραίο φαγητό με ποικιλία επιλογών, πολύ ευγενικό και φιλικό προσωπικό, μεγάλο μπόνους η τόσο κοντινή απόσταση από τη θάλασσα την οποία θα χαρακτήριζα υπέροχη ως παραλία αλλά και ωραίες πισίνες στο χώρο του ξενοδοχείου. Επίσης πολύ κοντά από την Ιεράπετρα ως επιλογή για βόλτα. Υπάρχουν σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση μικρά μάρκετ για ότι χρειαστεί κάποιος.

Cons:

Δεν είναι το 5άστερο ξενοδοχείο που περιμένεις να δεις χωρίς να σημαίνει ότι είναι κακό να υπάρχουν και τμήματα που δεν είναι ανακαινισμένα, η αναφορά γίνεται για το θέμα αναλογίας τιμής..
Το πολύ αρνητικό για μένα ωστόσο είναι τα προγράμματα και ο χώρος απασχόλησης παιδιών όπου είναι μόνο με ξενόγλωσσο προσωπικό, ξενόγλωσσα παιχνίδια στο χώρο απασχόλησης όπως και δράσεις βραδινές (γαλλικά, γερμανικά, πολωνικά μας είπαν αν θυμάμαι σωστά..) και αναρωτιέμαι σε ποια χώρα πρέπει να πάμε τότε για να έχει πρόσβαση και το παιδί μας σε παιδική απασχόληση στα ελληνικά?!

Μια ευχάριστη και άνετη διαμονή σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.
Pros:

Η τοποθεσία: Η υπέροχη παραλία εκτεινόταν σε συνέχεια του ξενοδοχείου.
Είχε άπλετους χώρους και πισίνες για όποιον ήθελε ησυχία ή πιο πολύ δράση (π.χ. events και sports με τους ανιματέρ και νεροτσουλήθρες).
Το φαγητό ήταν αρκετά έως πολύ ικανοποιητικό (ίσως όμως όχι για 5στερο).
Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και πρόθυμο.
Η σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής ήταν μια χαρά για Αύγουστο.

Cons:

Για all inclusive είχε πολύ λίγες ώρες snacks, τα coctails δεν ήταν καλά και το φαγητό -ιδιαίτερα το πρωινό- δεν ήταν αντάξιο ενός ξενοδοχείου 5 αστέρων. Ενώ είχε κάποιες από τις παροχές για ένα ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων (π.χ. καθημερινή καθαριότητα και αλλαγή σεντονιών) δεν είχε άλλες βασικές (π.χ. premium εστιατόριο, παροχές στο δωμάτιο όπως καλωσόρισμα, παντόφλες κ.άλ.).
Το enterntmaint το βράδυ ήταν στα Γερμανικά χωρίς Αγγλική μετάφραση.

Συνολικά, είναι ένα ευχάριστο οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο, με καλό φαγητό και καθαρούς χώρους. Με λίγες στοχευμένες βελτιώσεις —κυρίως στα δωμάτια, στην απασχόληση των παιδιών και στις επιλογές φαγητού μεταξύ των γευμάτων— θα μπορούσε να προσφέρει μια ακόμη καλύτερη εμπειρία.

Pros:

Υπέροχη θάλασσα ακριβώς μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο. Το πρωινό και το γεύμα είχε επιλογές για όλα τα γούστα. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το μέγεθος του δωματίου ήταν άνετο για τριμελή οικογένεια.

Cons:

Το wifi δεν έπιανε στο δωμάτιο και δεν υπήρχε πρόσβαση στο διαδίκτυο ούτε με δεδομένα.

Siamo stati bene
Pros:

Posizione su una spiaggia di ghiaietta scura con acqua pulitissima e dai colori turchese e ciano allontanandosi un po' dalla riva. Lettini e ombrelloni in spiaggia (non si faceva fatica a trovarli anche alle 10-11). Servizio ristorante efficiente e di un discreto livello. Possibilità di lunch box per escursioni. Camera pulita e in buona posizione (abbiamo avuto un gentile upgrade alla camera vista mare).
Teli disponibili gratuitamente per piscina e spiaggia. Dispenser di acqua alla reception.

Cons:

Siamo stati bene. Si vede che l'hotel è in fase di rinnovamento con alcune zone più moderne e altre ancora anni 80.
Nel complesso migliorerei lettini ed ombrelloni (non sono coprenti e filtra il sole) e la zona delle giostrine/play room, la pulizia dei bagni e le changing room vicino spiaggia e piscina (anche se dipende in gran parte dalla civiltà di chi le usa).
Infine per l'area ristorante/bar migliorerei le bevande (non di marca).

Nice and comfortable
Pros:

The crew was absolutely great.
The beach is clean and beautiful with many fish all around us.
The watersports are very nice.
The food is basic and repetitive (good for kids and people who liks it).
The rooms are very big, comfortable and nice with beautiful view.
For the older kids - the water slides are nice but basic.
The rooms have digital human scale to weight baggage (huge advantage).
There is a mini market nearby, car rent in the lobby, karting nearby.

Cons:

The dining room is far from the rooms and a lot of stairs. Hard for disabled people.
The food is basic and repetitive (bad for people who want to try new things).
Almost no Greek food (only once or twice).
There are not enough beds in the pool and the beach. Always all is taken.
The hotel is far away from activities and from the airport (1:40 hrs).

Cons:

We were disappointed with our stay and, in our opinion, this hotel does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star property.

The hotel is very old and needs a complete renovation. Apart from the bathrooms, which appear to have been refurbished, the rest of the facilities are outdated. The overall architecture is also old, with many stairs throughout the property, making it less convenient for families with children . The main restaurant also only offers indoor seating.

We stayed in a Family Room, but there was only one air-conditioning unit for the entire room. The second sleeping area had no air conditioning, only a fan that pushed cool air from the first room. This is not what we expected from a family room.

We traveled with two children (6½ and 12½ years old). Our younger son was not allowed to use one of the water slides, despite meeting the required height. At another proper water park during our trip, he was allowed to use all the slides without any issues.

The biggest disappointment was the behavior of the French animation team. Our younger son, who is bilingual and speaks also English, tried several times to participate in the group activities. Instead of welcoming him, they excluded him and sent him away in an unfriendly manner. On another occasion, he tried to take an orange juice from a refreshment stand run by the animation team, and they refused him and pushed him away. This happened in an all-inclusive resort and was completely unacceptable.

We immediately reported these incidents to the reception. We were told that the animation team belongs to the French tour operator and not to the hotel. When I asked for the hotel’s own position, the staff agreed that our complaint was justified, but no action was taken.

The food was another major disappointment. It was far below the standard expected from a 5-star hotel and reminded us more of a budget 2- or 3-star resort. The quality, variety, and overall dining experience were not what we expected.
