Pros:

Kedves személyzet, rendkívül finom ételek nagy választékban reggelire és vacsorára is. Gyerekekkel diákkorú moderátorok foglalkoztak, úgy tűnt, hogy a nyaraló gyerekek megelégedésére. Ajánlani fogjuk a szállodát baráti körben.

Gute Küche vs fehlender Outdoorpool
Pros:

Sehr gute Dämmung, ruhige Zimmer.
Sehr gutes Frühstücks u Abendbuffett.
Freundliches Personal. Moderne, komfortable Einrichtung

Cons:

Kleinere Defekte in der Einrichtung.
Kein Outdoorpool vorhanden.. Im Sommer bei 37C unerträglich.
Wellness u Entspannung am sehr kleinen Indoorpool nicht möglich, da völlig überfüllt von lärmenden Kindern. Keine Ruhezone vorhanden.

Összeségében jól éreztük magunkat. Visszatérő vendégek voltunk.

A recepción a fiatalember nem volt segítőkész.Korábban érkeztünk kb. 1 órával.
Nem volt még kész a szobánk, mondta, hogy várnunk kell. Rendben vártunk. Utánunk érkezőkhöz oda jött a recepciós hölgy és hozta a szobájuk kártyáit.Mi vártunk. Kb.50-55 perc várakozás után odamentem a fiatalemberhez, hogy nincs még kész a szobánk?Rögtön utána néz. Lenyúlt az alsó fiókba és elővette a szoba kártyáinkat.
Nem tudom meddig akart várakoztatni??
Ez nem esett jól.🤦‍♂️
Elfelejtett tájékoztatni, hogy a Fagus hotel vendégei ingyen látogathatják a Lővér uszoda kinti medencéit és a Tó fürdőbe is mehettünk volna.😡

Ok-ish hotel, but far from 4 stars
Pros:

The pools downstairs were fine, and the location itself was in a wonderful surrounding.

Cons:

The hotel did not match the 4 stars status. We stayed for multiple days and our room was not cleaned once until check-out. There was little information provided to us about their own facilities, including the fact that they offered lunch in the restaurant and in their bar. They told us to call them at the reception with questions but had no phones in the rooms to call them on. Our TV had some issues we informed the receptionists about, but no one came to fix it or look into it. In the middle of a heatwave, they did not offer even simple tapwater for free at dinner, you had to pay for even plain (filtered) water, which was a joke. There was no coffee offered in the rooms (for extra money, they would give us a coffeemaker in the room). Our standing lamp did not work. There were two elevators but everyone wanted to take the stairs as the elevators were too small and slow for such a large establishment. At one point the fire alarm went off in the evening, no one came to check the situation or inform our corridor about what is going on, is it safe or not to stay? And lastly, and this is really just our taste, but all their soaps and shampoos had strong, unpleasant fragnances.

Pros:

V hotelu bylo příjemně, skvělý bazén s wellness. Možnost využití posilovny a her. Jídlo pestré, nabídka se obměňovala, každý si vybere podle chuti. Hotel je na kraji lesa, takže v klidné části. Blízko letního koupaliště. Hotel poskytuje slevy do turisticky atraktivní míst.

Gyönyörű környezetben elhelyezkedő kényelmes , tiszta szálloda , barátságos személyzettel , jó volt

A vacsora-reggeli kiváló minőségű , változatos , finom ízekkel , készséges , szíves , mosolygós kiszolgálással .

Cons:

A wellness kissé szűkös , legalábbis az élmény medence... jó volna kinti lehetőség is , mert nagyon erős volt bent a klórszag , amitől többen is a kinti pihenőben találtunk menedéket ....az erdei friss levegő kárpótolt bennünket , de jobb lett volna , ha kint is fel tudtunk volna frissülni....akár csak egy párakapu segítségével is....
