I have stayed in several hotels in Marrakesh before. This one The staff. They're very helpful. Safaa, Khalid, Affan. Siham and Omar at the breakfast are nice people.
The breakfast is exceptional, both continental and Moroccan options are available.

Cons:

The restaurant staff need be courteous.
The carpet in the corridor and by the elevator needs attention.
