Our stay at Kaya Prestige Hotel in Izmir turned out to be an excellent experience.
Although we had a few small issues when we first arrived, what truly impressed us was how the staff handled everything. They took every concern seriously, responded quickly, and were incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. Every single issue was resolved promptly, and throughout the entire process they made us feel that our satisfaction was their highest priority.
As a thoughtful gesture for the inconvenience, they even offered us complimentary breakfast, which was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. It showed that they truly care about their guests and are willing to go the extra mile to make things right.
One thing that really stood out was when we decided to extend our stay by one more night. The hotel was fully booked, but the team still did everything they possibly could to find a solution so we wouldn’t have to move to another hotel. In the end, they made it happen, and we were extremely grateful.
A very special thank you goes to Hasan, who was exceptional. His professionalism, kindness, patience, and dedication made all the difference. He went above and beyond to help us, and his commitment to guest satisfaction is exactly what great hospitality should look like. Kaya Prestige is very fortunate to have someone like Hasan on their team.
Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Izmir.

The location and personel
The Gym only had 2 walking machines and one bike and some weights… not really a Gym but oké.

A szálloda a városközpontban van, minden könnyen megközelíthető. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész, a reggeli bőséges és kiváló.
Spacious, spotless, and comfortable room. I like that they have nonsmoking floors where you can be sure no one is smoking in the room next to yours. Good soundproofing, very quiet and cozy.
The only thing I was not happy about was some residual smell of an air freshener. It was late and I was too tired to change the rooms ( I also thought that the other rooms are cleaned by the same staff and will have the same smell. I was afraid that the air freshener smell could trigger migraine.

Comfortabel en superschoon hotel met goede service. De locatie is ook prima, midden in de stad.
Het hotel ligt aan een drukke straat, dus helaas wel verkeerslawaai. Maar de ramen isoleren wel goed.

uckily we stayed there for only one night. The whole hotel smells bad, like a toilet. I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. The hotel is old and run-down especially for the price. In my opinion it is only a 2-star hotel.
