Comfortabel en superschoon hotel met goede service. De locatie is ook prima, midden in de stad.
Het hotel ligt aan een drukke straat, dus helaas wel verkeerslawaai. Maar de ramen isoleren wel goed.
The only good thing is that it is close to the city center.

uckily we stayed there for only one night. The whole hotel smells bad, like a toilet. I couldn’t sleep because of the smell. The hotel is old and run-down especially for the price. In my opinion it is only a 2-star hotel.
Всё было хорошо. Располжение хорошее. До моря и старого города мин 10 пешком. Всё рядом. Есть парковка. На улице, но не на дороге. Рекомендую.

This was my second stay at Kaya Prestige, and once again it was perfect. The staff are incredibly helpful, professional, and polite, which makes the whole experience even better.
The food is amazing. I would definitely recommend including the breakfast with your stay — it’s really good and there’s plenty to choose from. You should also try the buffet dinner. It’s excellent value for money, with so many options, and everything is delicious.
I will definitely stay here again if I return to Izmir. Thank you, Kaya Prestige, for another great stay!

The central location is unbeatable, putting us minutes away from all the main city attractions. A must-stay for business or leisure.
My stay at Kaya Prestige Izmir was fantastic. The hotel is in a perfect, central location, making it easy to walk everywhere, including the seafront and main attractions.
