الموقع جدا رايع خيالي لا يفوت صراحه امامك الحديقه الكبيره وسوق ايليجا والموظفون جدا محنرمين وفي شايب اسمه ايسن صراحة قدم لنا خدمات خارج الفندق في كل شي نساله كان يتصل ويستفسر لنا ويعلمنا
الي ماعجبني امور روتنيه في دوله بدائيه مثل لا يوجد شطاف موبه في الحمام ولايوجد شخص يعمل حامل حقايب الاثاث قديم الفندق كلاسيكي
Location of the hotel,friendly staff,clean,parking,very good breakfast
Prestigious nicely renovated buildings (apparently all three-four is one company?) around a fountain in a park just outside of Sarajevo. Super helpful night receptionist did everything to ease the very unconfortable experience for us. Very thankful for him. Also thankful for letting the motorbikes staying at the entrance.
With no prior warning our booking been relocated to an other building (not far, although moving all bags is not nice on arrival). Following entering the room it become apparent that it was not cleaned. Receptionist organised room cleaning (at night). A bit later the receptionist been sent to us with a message that they have actually loacted a room in the original hotel...as it had been passed 01:00 am, did not want to move. Once we entered the room it was obvious that the bathroom has not been touched unfortunately, dirty towels, sink, shower stayed as they were beforhand. Parking is far away around a distant hotel, not reassuring with motorbikes.

Nismo imali doručak u hotelu zbog malog broja gostiju,što je shvatljivo,ali je malo smanjilo ukupno sjajan dojam
While we were travelling to Sarajevo, I received a phone call from the Hotel Hercegovina, where I had made a reservation, informing me that due to problems with the heating system, our reservation had been moved to the Hotel Austria & Bosna, part of the same group and of a higher category (****). An excellent stay, thanks also to the good restaurant and free parking in the garage. Superb breakfast, very varied and high-quality food. I highly recommend the Hotel Austria & Bosna.
