Perfeito! Ótima localização, atendimento. E muito confortável.
Whilst we had booked a cosy room, the space around the bed was about 6inches each side, which was not implied in the description or the photos online. The hotel was in a beautiful old building and the staff were friendly and helpful though.
Staff were friendly and the position of the property suited us perfectly
No parking. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly. The shower leaked terribly onto the floor. We were given a free upgrade to a superior room but it didn’t feel any better than a standard room.

Facilities lacking for expected standard of hotel. No water supplied, which expect as a bare minimum. Half of lights in bathroom not working in 1 bedroom, TV not working in the other (although staff fixed this quickly... (Another reason staff get 5stars)
Breakfast was a bit disappointing 1 round of toast rather than a the usual little tray of toast. Asked for sauce, waitress came back with 1 sachet.... Are margins that tight ???
Lovely spacious room and very comfy bed!
A little noise can be heard in the corridors as our room was by the door exit to the street but it didn’t impact our stay.

Location and decoration of the premises.
Single room and bathroom were really too small. No closet, just pegs on the wall. Nice views to garden, though, and very quiet. Good breakfast included.
