Really good location in the city centre. Great welcome and introduction to the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable and the bed helped me sleep really well. Lovely hot shower in the morning. I'll definitely stay again.

Cons:

Overpriced and extremely tiny rooms

Cons:

Extremely expensive for what you get, it’s more of a seedy (condom wrappers left on the floor and so many adult channels on the tv and splash marks everywhere)((dirty)) very tiny room/s with broken tatty carpet curtains, budget hotel than mid range. Sorry but it did feel safe with nice guests and the manager was very nice and professional and staff were pleasant but I wouldn’t stay again at that price.

It was in a perfect place to explore Bath.
The staff were excellent friendly and helpful

Cons:

The traditional rooms were in a separate building 3 doors down but they were happy to change our rooms to the main building.
