Not the team’s fault, but the lack of air-conditioning made our stay uncomfortable. The staff did their best to help.
Great location as it is a very short walk to the Roman Baths. The building is a unique style which real heritage and the breakfast which can not be faulted.
The rooms being advertised are very misleading, since our room had no air-conditioning whilst all rooms very advertised as having it - there are two sides to the hotel, so beware a refurbished and non-refurbished side. We were on the non-refurbished side and the rooms were not clean , very dusty, the bathroom had black grouting with a broken seat cover, the blinds were broken, let alone the uncomfortable mattresses, we had to keep the fans on all night...we will not be staying again.
Thought the lobby was pretty but that’s where it ended !!!
