Good for the price.
Pros:

Location is great, easily walkable to centre. It was v clean and the room size was great. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

The room was in the basement and presumably below the kitchen as there was lots of footsteps above very early and the smell of cooking.

Pros:

Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It wasn’t good value for money. The bathroom was outdated and looked unclean. In the first room we were allocated, the bath panel was coming off. Although we moved rooms, the bathroom was still not as pictured. I was disappointed for the price paid.

Shower mixer broken so I could only have a cold shower & couldn't wash my hair.

The perfect place to stay when exploring Bath.
Pros:

Perfectly positioned to explore the city of Bath. Well appointed rooms with comfortable beds and fluffy towels. Staff were excellent-service with a genuine smile. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked. Perfect for a two night stay.
