Если мне когда-нибуть нужно будет приехать в Варшаву и остаться на несколько дней я вернусь в это место. Чисто , тихо комфортно. Все ужобства которые вам могу понадобится тут есть. Отдельно хочу еще порекомендовать завтрак - он очень вкусный. За те деньги , которые я заплатил за проживание это подарок а не услуга. Если в двух словах - отель отличный

It doesn't look a 4 stars hotel, but more of 3. Beds are quite poor, not really comfortable. TV in the room old school and not smart to watch smt you like ot Youtube.
Персонал очень лояльный и внимательный
Я была с маленькой собакой, о чем написала при бронировании, заселились мы вечером, а утром оказалось, что на завтрак я не могу пойти со своей собакой, я должна оставить ее в номере, при условии что на тот момент в ресторане было занято два стола, а их там много. Это не петфрендли, благодаря помощи сотрудников я все же смогла позавтракать, НО будьте внимательны о том что с собакой нельзя на завтрак нет информации абсолютно нигде и об этом не предупреждают при бронировании.
Очень не удобная кровать, вместо большой сдвинуты две маленькие, а матрасы разные по высоте, почему-то застелили два маленьких одеяла вместо одного большого.
На столе и на кровати при заселении обнаружила длинные женские волосы.
Плохо работал дозатор с мылом.
В целом номер грязный и убитый, возможно мне такой достался потому что я с собакой, но и это говорит об отсутствии петфрендли. Собаке не предоставили даже маломальскую миску для воды, зато выдали лакомство размером слишком большим для ее рта.
К тому же я была с 4!!! Огромными сумками и мне дали номер в саааамом конце коридора.
В этот отель не вернусь, разочарование абсолютное. А такой диссонанс с правилами отеля и ресторана я встречаю впервые, хотя путешествую я с собакой довольно много.
